Nanovor is the newest online battle game sensation to hit the streets since Bakugan. This awesome online game lets you pit swarms of microscopic Nanovor monsters against each other in an online MMO battle for supremacy.

The story goes that in ancient primordial earth, the world was covered in lava and the Nanovors dominated the world. “Nanoscopic” and silicon based, these little guys fought each other, thrived in the environment, and evolved into more and more powerful versions. Gradually the world cooled down enough so that they had to go dormant in order to survive. As computers and the age of technology started using silicon more and more, the nanovors came back to life. The electricity jolted their systems back to animation and they began to thrive unknown to the world in the computers and motherboards of the world. At least until Lucas Nelson found them in his high school called Hanover High!

He was doing innocent research on dust mites (look them up, they are gross) and discovered that Nanovors were living in his computer! Lucas’ science teacher nick named Doc Zap helps him discover just what these little guys are capable of. He builds a “Nanoscope” which lets him observe and even control the ones he has captured! He and his science club friends, calling themselves the Lab Rats, form a team and begin battling the Nanovor and making them evolve into more and more powerful creatures. Eventually, Lucas’ arch enemy Ben Arneson and a group of seniors and other kids form an evil team to battle against the Lab Rats calling themselves the Snake Pit.

Nanovor is more than just an online game, it’s also a comic, an online cartoon, and a handheld game as well! This game is going to be a hit with kids this Christmas and on into the year as well! There are so many layers of fun and strategy that will keep young and young at heart interested for a good long while.

Not only can you play the game online which is where the Nanovor “live” but you can download them to your own hand held Nanoscope and battle and train them offline and with your friends. The Nanoscope connects to up to four other nanoscopes and you and your friends can duke it out. There are also expansions that let you train your own team, evolve them, and earn Nanovor badges. Once you get home, you upload your newly powered up Nanovors to your online account and reap the rewards!

Every week there is a new Nanovor webisode cartoon that comes out, and also there are going to be regular updates and expansion packs so players can get more and more Nanovors and evolve them higher and higher. Each Nanovor wave releases 12 new nanovors and can be purchased for a small price online.

Nanovor cash can be bought at stores like Toys R Us or on Amazon.com and can then be spent on expansion packs in the game. Nanocash is just one of the many physical things you can buy for this game. You can also buy Nanovor starter kits and nanovor figurines that are limited edition. Soon there will even be expansion packs for the Nanoscope so you can train your monsters to be more and more powerful.

Players can collect, train, and even trade their Nanovors online in an online marketplace, and best of all is that it’s all free! There are tons of parental controls put into place so that your kids are kept safe from harm, but there is enough freedom that the kids can have a great time as well.

This game is going to make a splash, combining the best of internet MMO games and offline CCG games. We can’t wait to see what developments are in the future!
