Baby Boomer, now there is a name that brings warmth to the heart and a joyful tear to the eye. It is not a parent giving name but one we give to our self, so reports the media and which we promote vigorously. We are a generation of linguistic master, no better pitch man is able to compete with us. We have sold ourselves the importance of self-interest while kicking sand in the faces of other generations present and past. We are the end product of American history. No small accomplishment form a baby. There is a love of the name baby,always youthful and never to age when staring into the mirror. The word baby elicit warm and innocent response from others, instinctive response to ensure species survival and you can not complain about that as baby boomer. Baby serves us well !

Boomer,what does it say, some non baby boomers claim it slang for "lowering the boom" to punish, to discipline. Who knows what is in a child's mind at any given time,their thoughts and actions are immediate. Perhaps boomer represent terrible twos egotism directed with matured adult planning and prudence. Historically baby boomers have not been so prevalent since the hay day of Royals and aristocrats. Who would admit that our delusion does include the vanity of class, royal or aristocratic. A public persona of self importance, self-interest,and a touch of reflected arrogance is temporary celebrity till we retire. Retirement being entertained,or self-amusement,or climbing the charity social ladder. Noble obligee, a moral enemy in the race for the good life. Boomers ingest high anxiety conformity nourishment to accelerate goal attainment.

Health insurance issue herding the boomer beast toward the abyss, the very place in which they accumulate and store their material booty, enough to make a baby cry with panic. Stampeded by words of no material fact but secure in the belief that class conformity the miracle of salvation. A baby that knows tantrum to be an effective tool and easily applied.

Do not misunderstand that the previous statements apply to you or me. It is of those other baby boomers that is spoken of in earnest. Some of us born on the cusp retain the option of our choice. Baby boomer determination is not inclusive of the fact concerning conception. Does a baby boomers life began at the moment of conception or birth???

The baby issue is complex. Appearance is not all there is when it comes to baby. Life appears as a definition but practicality a process. Is life process ? Do not ask for classification from a baby, apply adult reasoned reflection, it may help. Is anyone sure that he or she is baby boomer, we only have the word of the previous generation.
