60How To Rejuvenate Your Skin
The condition of your skin can say a lot about your overall health. If you look pallid, you may not be getting adequate sleep. If your skin is dry and itchy, you may not be drinking enough water to keep it hydrated. If your skin is glowing, you may have done your assignment, that is, getting enough exercise to keep the extra pounds away.
Exercise is one way of rejuvenating your skin because aside from being an energy booster it also helps keep the fat away. Experts have found a connection between fat and aging process. Fat accelerates the aging process and that it can add up to nine years to your actual age. That is surely not good for your skin. It will show signs of premature aging for sure.
After finding the right exercise for you, it’s time to make changes in your diet. Consider anti-aging foods such as avocado, berries, cruciferous vegetables, garlic, ginger, nuts, soya, pasta and rice, watermelon. These foods contain vitamins A, B, C and E, as well as selenium and fiber—all good for maintaining skin health.
Here are some more natural skin care tips:
Avoid the sun. UV rays are not friendly to the skin so avoid tanning, or going out when the sun is at its strongest. Use sunscreen, hat and right clothing to protect yourself.
Get adequate sleep. Sleeping gives the body time to repair cells. Experts also reveal that this can stimulate the release of HGH (human growth hormone) which maintains normal functioning of tissues and organs. It also makes you wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.

I think that staying out of the sun (or covering up) is the most important of all the great tips you've listed.
Adequate sleep is something that's often overlooked. A lot of people work out and sleep only enough. Sleep not only rejuvenates our skin but it also rests out minds. Good hub. I'm into skin care myself.
Best Foods To Prevent Wrinkles
Many factors, both internal and external, cause wrinkles. Internal aging, that we can’t do much about because it’s a natural process. We will get old whether we like it or not. Our organs will slow down and our skin will show it, wrinkle is just one of the signs of aging. When it comes to external factors, we can do something about it. Avoid sun exposure between 10 AM and 4 PM, use sunscreen, avoid squinting and eat the right food.
We can delay aging by helping our body perform better, helping our organs perform optimally and we can do that by leading a healthy lifestyle.
So what are wrinkle-fighting foods?
Let’s start with fruits and vegetables. We can benefit most when we include in our everyday diet cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, turnip, brussels sprouts, radish and watercress. These are rich in vitamins and minerals needed by our body to function well. Add tomatoes, avocado (rich in vitamin E, which is essential in maintaining skin health), berries such as blackberry and blueberry, carrots, apricots, beets and red peppers.
Be conscious with your oil. Believe it or not, there are oils that are good for the body and these include olive oil and omega 3 oils (found in salmon and tuna). These oils help lubricate the skin and reduce inflammation.
Complex carbohydrates such as rice and pasta are high in fiber that aid in proper digestion. Ridding our body of toxins and wastes helps it to function better. This type of carbohydrates also helps boost energy.
Supplements That Are Good For Anti Aging
If you're looking for effective ways to delay the signs of aging then you must brush up on your knowledge about antioxidants. Antioxidants is made up of Vitamins A, C and E, a type of mineral called selenium and a group known beta carotene. All of these work to fight infection, bust free radicals and even prevent cancer.
What's good for your health is also good for the skin and therefore will serve as your defense against premature aging.
Vitamin A aids in the normal functioning of the immune system. When your body is strong enough to battle infection, you wouldn’t get sick and therefore your cells will not weaken.
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a type of antioxidant that stays in the skin. Our skin is our first defense against environmental factors such as UV rays and pollution. Getting enough of this vitamin can repair the damage caused by free radicals. Damaged cells can become cancerous. It also slows down the effects of aging.
Vitamin E. Just like Vitamin C, this vitamin battles free radicals head on. It inactivates free radicals to prevent it from producing more damage to the cells. Grains, oats, dairy products and nuts are good sources of Vitamin E.
Selenium. This is a type of mineral that protects our body from cancer including skin cancer. It is a good anti-aging supplement because it preserves tissue elasticity. Seafood, garlic, eggs and whole grain cereals are rich in selenium.
Beta Carotene. It is important in the sense that it is converted into vitamin A and is also a good antioxidant like vitamins C and E. You can have your serving of beta carotene from carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, broccoli, romaine lettuce, green peppers and apricots.

Nice info findout. I have read so many health articles and found out that they mostly encourage exercising, walking and weight control. Neem leaves which grow abundantly in India are also very helpful in maintaining skin health and a lot of water drinking too does the trick.
