5 Ways To Naturally Get Rid of Blackheads

We all know that there are plenty of chemicals out there getting into our bodies everyday. So why put even more of those chemicals on our face? I'll show you 5 potent natural remedies that have been used by people all over the globe to get rid of their blackheads. Baking Soda With Water

The old baking soda has another use! Odds are you have it laying around the house, so why not try this simple recipe to extract your blackheads.

1. Make a paste using a 1:1 ratio of water to baking soda (1 tablespoon of baking soda to 1 tablespoon of water). 2. Apply the paste to your problem areas, and leave it in for a few minutes. 3. Rinse down with warm water.

Lemon (Or Lime) Juice

In order to close down the pores, cut a lemon in half and then rub it on the areas with blackheads. If no lemons are available, then use limes. Repeat during the day. Tea Tree Oil

Another effective remedy is tea tree oil. Due to its antispetic, and antifungal properties tea tree oil can put a stop to the bacteria growing on your face. Just rub a little of the oil into your skin and rinse down with some warm water for a blackhead free face. Exfoliating Using Walnut Shells

Exfoliating using finely crushed walnut shells exposes the blackhead and gets rid of dead cells on your skin. Only do this once every 3 days as too much exfoliating can lead to skin irritation. Overuse will aggravate your skin. Changes To Your Diet

An easy way to help with your blackheads is changing your diet. Are you eating too much fast-food? Are you not drinking enough water? Your nutrition has a great deal to do with the health of your skin. Make gradual changes into your diet and see how it affects your blackheads.
