Constipation is a common disturbance of the digestive trac`t. Which means your bowels doesn't move regalurly and not completed emptied when they move. This is cheif cause of many disease as it produces toxins which find their way into the bloodstream and carried to all parts of your body. Appendicitis, arthrities, high blood presure, cateract and cancer are only few disease which cause constipation.

The most common symptoms of constipation are infrequency, irregularity or difficulty in elimination of hard faecal matter. Other symptoms is coated tongue, foul breath, loss of appetite, headaches, dizziness, dark circle around eyes, depression, nausea, pimples on your faces, ulcer on your mouth,, fullness in your abdomen, diarrhea after the constipation, pain in the lumber regin acidity, heart burn.

The most important cause of constipation is faulty diet and the way you live. Insufficient intake of water, eating meat in large quantities, excessive use of strong tea, coffee, insufficient chewing, overeating and wrong foods. Intake of refined and rich foods lacking in vitamins and minerals. Also the lack of physical activity, emotional stress and strain.

Generally all fruits are a Natural Cure except banana and jack fruits. The Bael fruit is the best of all Laxatives. It cleans and tone up the intestines. Use 60 grams of the fruit are sufficient for an adult.

Pears are a Natural Cure of Constipation. A person suffering from chronic constipation should use an exclusive diet of this fruit or it's juices for a few days.

Guava is another Natural Cure for Constipation. When eaten with seeds provides roughage to the diet and helps in normal bowels. One to Two guava should be taken daily.

Grapes is effect in overcoming constipation. The combination of properties of cellulose, sugar and organic acid in the grapes makes them laxative food. You should take at least 350 gram of this fruit daily.

Oranges is also a Natural Cure for Constipation. Orange are a wonderful way to stimulating the bowels. The stimulating influence of orange juice activity and helps prevent of the food residue in the colon.

Papaya are effect cure for constipation, meduim size to be eaten at breakfast for it to act like a laxative.

Now in vegetables Spinach is consided the most vital food for entire digestive tract. Raw spinach contain the finest organic material for cleansing, reconstruction and regeneration of the intestinal tract. Raw spinach juice 100 ml, mix with equal of water, should be taken daily.

The most important factor in curing constipation is a natural and simple diet. You should eat unrefined food such as wholegrain. cereal, bran, honey, lentils, greean and leafy vegetables, fresh and dry fruits.

Food should be properly chewed. Hurry and meal at odd times sure be avoided. Foods to avoid are white flour, rice, bread, cakes, pastries,chesse, fleshy food, biscuits, preserves, white sugar and hard boil eggs.
