Now before we get into all this I want you to do something for me. I want you to really think about this decision you've just made about going on a diet. You need to understand that if you do persue this that it should be something you could see yourself doing for the rest of your life, otherwise you could wind up in worst shape than your in now cause you would actually gain back more weight if you stopped this diet after you reached your goal. Thats a proven fact. If you really understand how metabolism works you would understand that being healthy for one year and unhealthy for five can have a serious impact on your bodies overall appearance and health state.

Did you Know that your body is a living, breathing, thinking and learning machine just waiting for instructions? I mean really,think about it everything you do starts in the brain before it's converted into a vision or picture and then an action.
