Natural Facial Skin Care

Natural facial skin care products are made with simple ingredients, easy to make and safer than using commercial products. When you make your own skin care products you control what contents are used. When using skin care items from the store you do not always know what has been used to make them and sometimes the ingredients they use cause the skin to become irritated or excessively dry.
Natural Facial Masks
Natural facial skin care masks work just the same as store bought masks. Natural facial masks can remove dirt, grime, and dead skin cells, improve circulation, treat and eliminate pimples, remove excess oils, hydrate dry skin, nourish, texturize, and smooth the skin. They are also much cheaper than the ones you buy at the store which is always a plus. Every little bit helps these days.
The best ingredients for basic natural facial masks are egg white, clay, brewer's yeast, honey, any mashed fruit, and cooked oatmeal. The egg whites refine your skin, clay can remove pimples and grime, brewer's yeast stimulates and circulates, and honey is naturally acid-balanced which can balance out either too oily skin or too dry skin. Fruit tightens pores. oatmeal softens and cleanses the skin.

Hi Ashleigh,
Good post. I would add the following comment about masks. Not any oil will do. The majority of oils cause acne, including almond oil, coconut oil, apricot oil. avocado oil, and olive oil. These oils also have been scientifically shown to promote uneven skin texture. If you want more information read my post on "Olive Oil use it at your own peril"
The oils they should be using in the masks are the ones high in GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid). These include Borage Seed oil and Evening Primrose Oil. These would be the best for the skin.
It is good when you can control what you put on your skin I agree.
