Natural Products for Hair Loss the Best.
75Causes of Hair Loss
Hair loss in men is primarily what is known as Male Pattern Baldness. This is caused by a hormone called Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is a biologically active metabolite of the hormone testosterone. We often attribute this to generic causes which may be partially true. However what is not true is that it is non reversable. There are a host pf products for hair loss that are very effective at combatting hair loss and causing hair regrowth.
Women sometimes (far less frequent than men) suffer from a similar condition known as female pattern baldness. Unlike men, this hair loss is caused by an increase of the amount of testosterone in their system, or as recent research has found, due to a lowering of the normal levels of female hormones. Due to the increased action of the male hormone, Dht forms and produces hair loss. Apart from the above there are many other causes for hair loss. These include stress, poor eating habits, lack of vitamins, decreased blood circulation etc.
Whilst it is absolutely normal for people to lose a small amount of hair each day, people themselves will usually notice when the hair loss increases beyond normal and becomes a cause of concern.
The Shame of losing Hair.
Hair is your most distinguishable feature. It is probably the part of your anatomy that receives the most attention and grooming. Most people can not walk past a mirror without checking if their hair is in place.
Suddenly your hair starts to fall out and you start to lose your identity. One day you look in the mirror and you see that your forehead has become a lot bigger than it used to be, or you see a photo of yourself from behind and notice that bald spot on the back of your head.
Hair Loss can be a major trauma for many people. This is especially so with Chemo patients who can lose all their hair in a week. I have had the misfortune of going through this with two of my close family members and fully realise just how devestating hair loss can be to an individual.
So my hair is falling out - what do I do ? My advice to you is to take action now so that you do not have to go through the trauma of losing your hair. Please note that if you are a chemo patient, it is an essential part of the treatment that your hair does fall out. Do not use any hair growth products unless first cleared by your oncologist. Your hair will grow back naturally - it may be a little different but it will come back!
Tips to avoid Hair Loss.
Hair loss is primarily caused through the lack of blood supply to the hair follicle. In order to help prevent hair loss and to counteract mild hair loss, the following actions can be done :-
1) Gently massage your scalp on a daily basis. This should be done in such a manner as to increase the blood circulation without breaking the hair.
2) Add a couple of drops of Rosemary and Black Pepper essential oils to your shampoo bottle. Approx 10 drops rosemary and 5 drops black pepper to each 100ml of shampoo. Both of these products are available from your local health store. These products are vasco dilators and stimulants that will encourage blood circulation to the scalp.
3) A couple of minutes a day with your head lying lower than your heart is also a way to improve circulation.
Avoid any rough towelling, intense heat or hair styles that pull on your hair. Brush gently so as not to break or pull out hair, but at the same time so that the brushing action also massages the scalp.
Proof of reversal of Generic hair loss.
Above are featured photo's of identical twins. Since they are identical it can be fairly much assumed that they have the exact same generic disposition and therefore would suffer the same hair loss. Both twins started losing their hair and experiencing receeding hairlines and rear balding.
The twins were approached by A company that produces a natural product for hair loss, and agreed to take part in a clinical test whereby one would use the products for hair loss while the other would not.
The photos featured above are the photo's taken after six months of the clinical trials with the hair loss products. This is proof that the generic deteriation can be controlled and reversed.
In my opinion, the best website for herbal and natural products for hair loss in both men and women can be found here.

For women, there is a special section that covers the best products for hair loss for women.

Hi Betherickson.
Thank you for the comment and for the link to your great hub.
I always remember the words of the oncologist to my late wife when she was wearing a wig - "take that thing off and throw it away. People are too busy looking at themselves to notice how you look". These are popably the truest words I have heard in my life.
My Wife did throw away the wig and yes, hardly anyone really took notice.
Unfortunately the biggest problem is not what other people think, but what you yourself think and feel. Many people are still very insecure about their hair and battle to overcome such insecurities.
Great hub, thanks. My hair has gone, my teeth have too, I'm doin fine, hope you are too.

Hi,

Hi Oliver,
Good Question. I do not have a hang up abou my looks at all and so do not worry about hair and hair styles. I do however thoroughly research and study anything before I write about it, and hair loss is no exeption. I can regrow my hair should I wish, but I do not wish.

Hello John Foster!
Very informative hub you have here. This is absolutely tips for people with hair loss.
However, for me ideally, if i was a man, shame of losing hair is not really a big deal. Feeling good about yourself is how beautiful or handsome you are.
Anyway, this hub is still helpful for people who will be needing this.
Have a connect at my hub! Maybe you can find helpful tips also. Here is my latest, http://hubpages.com/hub/What-You-Cannot-Control-Du
