Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease that is characterized by great muscular weakness (without atrophy) and chronic fatigue. The muscles of the face and neck are primarily involved; but those in the trunk and extremities may also be involved. Some cases are mild; others rapidly become fatal. Progress of the disorder is variable; and prolonged remission may occur. People who are prone to this autoimmune disease are the adolescents and young adults, especially women. But it sometimes occurs in newborn infants and adults over 40. It rarely occurs to people past 50.

Cause: Too much toxin (because of chronic constipation) in the body is the primary cause. Toxins destroy the muscular system. Chronic constipation can cause the cecum (pouch that receive the waste material from the small intestine) to press against the ileocecal valve (muscle situated at the junction of the small intestine and the large intestine. Its function is to limit the reflux of colonic contents into the small intestine), releasing poisons of the colon back into the small intestine. This is dangerous since toxins in the small intestine are absorbed into the blood far more quickly than when they are in the colon.

Symptoms: theonset is gradual and symptoms are worse in the evening.

  • Muscular weakness, fatigue, emotional stress, and droopy eyelids.
  • Difficulty in breathing, swallowing, speaking and chewing

Natural Remedies:

  • Colon cleansing. Cleaning the colon is the first thing a sick person should do, if your colon is full of toxin there is no way it will absorb the nutrients you will feed your body.
  • Go on a fruit / vegetable juice fast for several days.
  • Eat nourishing food, and always include fiber foods like vegetables and fruits to prevent constipation.

  • Drink plenty of clean water.
  • A vitamin A rich food, a deficiency in this vitamin can produce muscular and spinal cord degeneration.
  • Also important for the nerves and muscles are vitamin B complex, vitamin C (1,000 mg), vitamin E (400 IU), Calcium (2,000 mg), magnesium (1,000 mg), potassium (5,500 mg), manganese (50 mg), and zinc (30 mg).
  • Lecithin is very important for good nerves, as well as chlorophyll.
  • Helpful herbs include slippery elm, comfrey, chamomile, valerian, dong quai.
  • Learn to relax and learn to work at a more moderate pace.
  • Do regular exercise to the blood flowing in all the parts of your body, this will help combat fatigue.

Avoid:

  • Avoid tomatoes, white potatoes, green and red peppers, eggplants, and tobacco because they contain solanine, which interferes with the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine.
  • Avoid white flour and dairy products, fried foods, meat, all animal fats, cheese and eggs.

Myasthenia Gravis is caused by anti bodies created by the body that block the signals that come from the brain activating the muscles. There is nothing to suggest that toxins in the blood are the cause of MG.

This is the conclusion of medical professionals.

A healthy diet like the one you suggest is, of course, a good option for us all but it will not prevent the produc5tion of these antibodies.
