There are many reasons why women may want a tighter vagina. One reason is because a tighter vagina prevents incontinence which can occur at any age including women who have not had children. So even if you’re young or you’ve never had children, you’re still at risk of this problem.

Most types of incontinence are because of some problems associated with the pelvic muscles which control the flow of urine. If this muscle becomes damaged in some way, incontinence can occur. To say the least, incontinence is an uncomfortable and embarrassing problem. However, it is a problem that can easily be solved.

The other reason for wanting a tighter vagina is more obvious. The answer in a word is better sex. Well, that's two words. But I think you understand my meaning. Which woman doesn't want to achieve a better orgasm? And let's face it, it's really difficult to achieve this when your vaginal muscles have lost their firmness and elasticity.

So, is there a way to naturally tighten your vagina? You bet! There are lots of herbs that can do just that such as White Kwao Krua which is derived from the root of a tree. This root contains an extremely high amount of phytoestrogen - an ingredient which is known to increase moisture and sensation to the vaginal area - thus creating larger orgasms. Another advantage of this herb is it improves circulation, energy and brain function.

Another herbal remedy comes from Oak Galls which is a plant known for it's astringent and healing properties. Used properly, it will tighten the pores in the vaginal and thus tighten the entrance of the vagina.

Well, if you're not interested in scouring the world over for hard to find herbs and supplements to tighten your vagina, then other alternative you could look into is kegel exercises. However, first let me tell you what the kegel muscles are. These are the muscles in the vaginal wall that produce the intense pleasure that a woman feels during a vaginal orgasm.

So, it goes without saying that the stronger your kegel muscles are, the stronger, more satisfying your orgasm will be. Kegel exercises on the other hand are easy non-strenuous exercises that you can do in just a few minutes a day. These exercises can be done while sitting at your desk, or while you're standing in line at the supermarket.

The way to perform kegel exercises it to try to stop the flow of urine as you're going to the bathroom. If you can do that, then you've got the basics of kegel exercise.

Unfortunately, there's a flaw to this method according to Dr. Arnold Kegel. Dr. Kegel is the one who originally developed kegel exercises in 1948 as a way of teaching women how to control incontinence after childbirth.

According to Dr. Kegel, Kegel exercise cannot be performed without resistance. In other words, without some sort of resistance you are achieving very little. True Kegel exercise requires something for the muscles to "clench" onto. And according to Marie Clair magazine, there is no better device for accomplishing this than Kegel Master.

However, there are many devices like this on the market. Basically how they work is that the offer a way that the vaginal muscles have something they can grab on to thus offering a more effective way to perform the exercises.

Doing the kegel exercises with the addition of devices such as Kegel Master and others, is probably the easiest, fastest and most natural way to tighten your vagina.
