A healthy diet during a 3-day cleanse period:

Drink a cleanse beverage twice daily to to rid your body of toxics and wastes. During the cleanse period it is important to drink a lot of water, at least 2 liters a day.

You should have a cleanse period of three days, every month, or when you feel you need a fresh start.

The cleanse beverage is very effective when you combine it with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Healthy diet 1

 


Omelette with spinach and onion

Day 2

Breakfast

Tofu

Mix together tofu, broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry

Snack

1 cup fresh green beans

Lunch

Turkey and veggies wrap

Slices of turkey wrapped around your favorite veggies

1 cup chicken and veggie soup.

Snack

Soy-protein drink with 2,5 dl (1 cup) water

Dinner

Beef burger

1 fist size grilled minced meat burger

1 large green salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing

Day 1

Breakfast

Vegetables

Omelette with spinach and onion.

Snack

Soy-protein drink with 2,5 dl (1 cup) water

Lunch

Tuna fish and veggies

1 cup tuna on a bed of raw veggies.

Snack

Celery with peanut butter

Dinner

Chicken

1 fist size chicken breast

1 cup steamed asparagus

Day 3

Breakfast

Stir-Fry

Stir-fry asparagus in olive oil, put in 1 egg and mix it all together with 1 slice of bacon

Snack

Soy-protein drink with 2,5 dl (1 cup) water

Lunch

Spinach salad

Spinach, lean meat, green veggies and olive oil dressing.

Snack

A handful of almonds


Dinner

Salmon

1 fist size salmon steamed

1 cup steamed broccoli


Day 2

Breakfast

Veggie scramble

Tofu with egg, asparagus and mushrooms

Snack

Soy-protein drink with 2,5 dl (1 cup) water

Lunch

Grilled chicken salad

Chicken cut in cubes on a veggie bed

Snack

1 cup cauliflower pieces

Dinner

Beef

1 fist size grilled tenderloin steamed cabbage with vinegar and 1 teaspoon butter
