Gerd or gastro-esophageal is a disease that may cause you recurgitaion, chest pain and a lot of other nasty things you may not want to happen. Basicaly is going to be some acid reflux that is not letting you having a healthy life. I'll be talking more about the symptoms of acid reflux or gerd and natural cures for gerd.
Gerd is painful because of the chest pain and sometimes about the bad tasted in your mouth because of the acid reflux (also named dyspagia). Other problems that could appear because of acid reflux are hard swalloing and irritation because of the stomac acid. Basicaly the liquid from your stomach is coming back into your esophagus and because of that much to many things do happen.
Let's talk more about some natural ways to prevent gerd and then some natural cures for gerd:
- obesity is a thing that could produce gerd. Obesity is not the only cause because sometime obsesity may not be just genetical and produced by fast food and other unhealthy life eating habits and because of them heartburn and other stuff come into the reality, your reality.
- change your habits because most of this things are not going to help you at all to get rid of gerd or to prevent it: caffeine and smoking are basic things and bad habits that can produce and maintain gerd and chest pain. That's why most of the people who smoke cough and are having chest pain.
- large meals can also be a thing that's going to make you recurgitate and you want to reduce presure from stomach in order for everything to be ok and the food not to come into your mouth again or the bad taste.
- sleep position is also important because you need to sleep in a certain way for the stomach to be good and healthy working. You may already know that the stomach is working on nights to, altough you may be in a deep sleep, take care of it because it's doing the job for you and your health.
- stress is another thing that can produce heartburn and acid reflux disease. We live in rush times but you need to take care of yourself, the way you eat and stuff like this because you do not want to get some bad habits that are not going to help you at all and get you some conditions like this and diseases, even indigestion or worse.
- if you eat food before going to bed then it's going to be worse. Try to eat food an hour or two before actualy laying down in the bed to see how this is going to work.
- try to avoid spicy food and things like alcohol because they are not doing any good.
- I'll be talking more about natural cure for acid reflux disease in order to help you to get rid of chest pain gerd, but you have to know that a doctor is better to help you at all, because no one here known your real symptoms and your lifestyle, but you and your doctor.
- pregnancy could also be a cause of acid reflux and heartburn. If you have problems like that and you do not want to have them you could also be keeping diet for gerd in order to get rid of. There are many gerd diets up there and you also can ask the doctor in order to be really sure about it. As I have been telling to you above there are some good natural cures for gerd you may want to try, if you not suffer from hernia, obsesity or other stuff that could really cause your chest pain and you need to find out how to get rid of them in order to stop acid reflux natural way. Heartburn and acid reflux are tighten together and if you do not get rid of one, you can't get rid of another and it's painful.
