When the label says “no fat”, it does not mean “non-fattening.” The fact is, you are getting just as many calories from the no-fat version. The “no fat” just means that the calories are not coming from fat.

The “fat-free” label is a trap to get you to buy the product. “Fat-Free” does not mean low calories. You should compare the calories before you buy any “fat-free” product.

Natural weight loss does not mean you cannot snack. Natural weight loss just means that you take healthy fruits and nuts as snacks.

Five small meals with less calories in a meal are better than three big meals with more calories per meal.
