Network Marketing Lead

The stark reality is you will not be able to build a network marketing business with any kind of potential if you don't find good leads and bring them into your organization.  It is absolutely impossible for a person to go door to door selling soap or vitamins and be able to make any kind of money at all.  The problem is there are not enough hours in the day.  If you could work 100 hours a day you may be able to generate sales that would get you to your goals but of course that is not possible.

What is possible is finding enough people to help you sell the product or service so you can quit you boss and build a business that allows you to travel, or buy a boat, or back pack through Australia.  This is the only way to make money in the multi-level marketing game.  Of course you don't get the entire commission when someone in your downline sells the product but you do get a piece of the pie.  And remember, enough pieces of pie and you have a whole pie.  Get more pieces and you have two pies.  Then if you really build a powerhouse organizaiton eventually you have an entire bakery churing out pies and cakes and donuts so you can do the things you have always dreamed of.

The place to start finding a good network marketing lead is with your friends and family.  Make a list of everyone you know or are related to.  This is called your warm list.  Call them up and tell them about the business you are buiding.   DO NOT hard sell them.  Just mention the business and ask if they know of anyone who can use some extra cash.  By using the soft approach with them two things are accomplished.

First, they won't slam the phone down and break your ear drum.  MLM and network marketing has a bad reputation that you will have to work to overcome.  Hard selling someone will not endear them to the idea of multi-level marketing.  If they are interested in the program then tell them more.  If they aren't you have at least planted the idea in their head and you will be suprised how many people approach YOU later to find out how they can get in on the action.

The second thing this accomplishes is it allows your warm list to feel good about giving you more names.  Think about it.  Would you give some one the names of your friends or co-workers if you knew they were going to be hard sold?  Of couse not.  You wouldn't be able to survive at work the next day if everybody found out you were the one who gave their name to some pushy, arrogant, snake oil saleman.  This is how your warm list thinks so remember that.

Your whole goal at this time is to get the word out about your opportunity and find out if people want more information.  If they do, great.  If not, find out if there is someone else they know who might be interested.

Network Marketing Lead Warm List

So what is the function of the warm list.  The whole idea is to spread the word out about your business opportunity.  If you give out good information you will find people who are willing and interested to learn more.  You must give it time and realize you are building a business not swinging for a homerun in the first inning.

If you realize that most people just won't be interested in what you have to say it will be much easier on you.  The key to winning in the MLM game is to find the quality people who you can sign to your organization.  It is not to sign as many people as possible and then have most of them not perform

A signing bonus for you might be OK but it will be much more lucrative if you concentrate on finding those people who will go out and continue to bring in new people.  I can't stress enough that you must have a mind set change.  You are trying to make a killing today.  To get where you want to go you must learn to operate as a businessman.  That means making a plan and then working the plan.
