No Need to Force Anyone to Join You

Why Old Network Marketing Prospecting Fails

If you are like me, you have tried the old network marketing prospecting and didn't have very much success with it. Not only did I fail, my friends and family thought I was part of some scam and I was laughed at.

Why should they think anything different? I didn't make any money and I just kept spending, spending, and spending more. I had conferences to go to, I had books and tapes to buy, I had an autoship to keep up with every month, and the expenses just keep coming.

Think about it. In that kind of system, were we customers or business owners (independent representatives)? Well, if you look at the bottom line, we were just customers who thought we were business owners. The mlm company loved that we just kept paying for all this stuff and they didn't have to pay us anything.

Since 99% of people fail, that means 99% of the people were spending money and receiving nothing to very little.

Since the internet is growing fast and making things easier, it also has made growing a business and making a profit just as easy.

The problem is that people still use the same old mentality from the offline failing system and use it online. Have you been chased down by someone online that wants you to join their business? Yea, that's what I'm talking about.

I get annoyed by that.

There is a bettery way to do network marketing prospecting. You don't need to have a business meeting to bring guests to like the old method, you don't need to chase anyone, you get to keep your friends and family, and you get to make money instead of spending it all.

The new way to do it is to have people come to you. You can use attraction and people will come to you like metal comes to a magnet.

I'm not talking about anything like the book or movie called the secret, I'm talking about creating an online presence all about you.

Yes, you have abilities and knowledge that you can share with people and that people want to utilize.

If you don't have the knowledge, then you can learn it.

Here are some examples of an internet presence that I am talking about:

Squidoo Pages
Twitter
Hub Pages
and others

Many of the things I listed above you can set up and have online for FREE. Yes, no money to setup or to maintain.

Actually, you can do 5 out of 6 for free. Well, you can build a website for free too if you really didn't have the money. So, technically, all 6 of them you can do for free.

That's a big change from the way you and I are use to doing things. We were made to believe that we had to keep spending, and spending, in order to be successful.

It really was all just brainwashing. Do you realize that the tools sold in companies pays good money to people higher up? Yes, books, tapes, and these kinds of things were paying really good money to people higher up.

They made us believe all their money was from the MLM compensation plan but this is not true. Most of it came from the tools they sold.

Well, I don't want to stir up my anger with how we were deceived and taken advantage of. Today is a new day and the internet has changed everything.

I am looking to the bright future and I hope you will too. There is a lot to learn and I'm teaching people these new concepts.
