Good network marketing prospects have a few things in common that can really make a difference when you are building an effective MLM business. If you can learn to spot these traits you will go far in the ability to pick the right people for your business. There are a few things that have really stood out when you look at network marketing associates who are business builders and who learn how to work the program to their advantage. And, if you sign these people, they will help build your organization even larger.

The frist trait is a willingness to do the work. Network marketing takes a lot of effort and if people are willing to put in the foot work required they will never be successful.  If your mlm prospects are looking for a get rich quick scheme then a network marketing business is not right for them.

The second trait is the willingness to always improve.  Very successful business builders are always trying to find the next adjustment they can make in order to increase their conversion rate for leads, or first and second tier business expansion.  If something stops growing it dies and these high power mlmers know that to get where they want to be they must make small changes every day to their business.

The third trait is tenacity.  If a person wants a successful mlm business they really need to want it.  Like any thing of value this type of business requires a lot of work and time and effort in order for it to be grown to a point where the owner can receive the benefits they are looking for.  You can't work this business one evening a week and expect to get rich. 

When you are looking for network marketing prospects be sure to determine if they have these traits.  There are others that are helpful but without these I don't think anyone can be successful.

Here are some traits that you want to look out for. People with these traits almost never find success in any endeaver. Watch out for mlm prospects who fit into these categories.

• People who blame others
• People who complain all the time
• People who always bring up what could go wrong
• People looking to get rich quick
• People who watch a lot of TV. Over one hour a day.
• People who aren't willing to work hard until they get paid for it first. These people have no clue that you have to do the work first and then you get the rewards.

If your prospect exhibits these traits then they are almost gauranteed to be failures. Don't waste your time. Move on and find the potential MLM members who you can build a buisness around.
