People from these two different worlds live differently in many ways. Their culture, attitude, working habits, economic beliefs are different. Even their paradigms are different.

Let me call the first world as "Usual World" and the second one is "Unusual World."

Usual World

The majority of people in these two worlds are living in the usual world, which it is very usual that the employee-employer relationship is common. Some of them graduated from prestigious school. Some graduated with honors. Some are holding management position and some are rank and file. In this world, it is usual for them that their employer is the one who tell them what to do, where, when and how. Their employer, the government or their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) also determine how much pay they are going to receive. It is usual for them to receive a payroll every fifteenth and thirtieth day of the month. They think that working for eight to 16 hours a day is usual. They believe that making a lot of money because of overtime will make them rich. But sometimes it only makes them go deeper in debt.

But let me clear that I am not against employment. What I am trying to emphasize here is that as an employee, we still have our choice to find another option to be financially free. Let us just open our mind to many opprtunities that come along our way.

Unusual World

Everyone has a dream. And people from this world has a dream. But only a few of them take it seriously to seek for a ways to make their dreams a reality. Only a few of them grab the opportunity that comes along their way. These few people are not afraid to take risks. These few people are not afraid to see what is in the other world. They are not afraid to leave their comfort zone. They are willing to go to the other world. And many people from usual world called this new second world as unusual world. But I call this world as Network Marketing World.

In this unusual world, the employee-employer is not present. People from this world is driving their own dreams, fuelled by their passion, self-motivation and a willingness to succeed.

People from this world are the people who are involved in Direct Selling Industry like network marketing or multi-level marketing. They are searching for freedom. Freedom that they never experienced when they are still working for their employer. These are the people who realized they will not become rich if they continue to work for somebody else with a minimal paycheck. They don't want to sell their most precious time. They are motivated by their desire to be financially free, to have more time with their family, and to enjoy life to the fullest. They are motivated by their own dreams and not by the dreams of somebody else. They are working because they want to, not because they have to. They don't care even if some people from usual world think them as insane or crazy. These are the people who drive their own destiny, fueled by their passion and dreams to succeed.

On the other hand, people from network marketing world hardly accept how those people blindly trading their most precious asset, -their TIME, to somebody else or to their employer in exchange of a minimal amount of money. But of course they understand that the paradigm of each person is different. Time will come that their paradigm will shift or change.

There is no permanent in this world. All is changing. The government policies are changing. Even doing business is changing. There are so many threats to job security including closure, merging and acquisition, compressed workweek, layoffs, automation, etc. etc. Which do you think is better, financial security or job security?

If you are still an employee, are you sure your future and the future of your family is secure? Are you not going to face the threats to job security I have mentioned above?

Some people are turning in to network marketing. Are you planning to be left behind and stay in your comfort zone?

Network marketing is here. Network marketing is like an airplane. It will take off whether you are in or not. But of course, we, the people from network marketing world will be glad to have you with us. The decision is yours. The choice is yours. But still, we will wait for you.
