My position on a Network Marketing Pyramid hasn't changed since I first got excited about an opportunity that was presented to me. I was showered with thoughts and visions of wealth, recognition amongst my peers and a future unrivaled by the sharpest of all Businessmen. It really didn't matter what other people thought, it only mattered what I thought and how everyone I encountered would see my point of view.

If I believed it, then it was unmistakably true and achievable. Why wouldn't it be? I had seen others reach stardom and riches that were whispered because they were so outrageous. It turned out that only a handful in the Network Marketing Pyramid were telling the truth. There was a saying that was repeated to give us hope and energy: "Fake it till you make it". And we did. All suited up, built for success and repeating the positive speeches that seemed to be contagious throughout every organization I joined. It was always the same old stuff everywhere I went. The same pep talks, the same strategies, and the same people. But I knew deep down that there was something the big shots weren't telling me.

I was right. The ones in the know had done this before but successfully. They mingled with the ones that had walked across many stages being recognized as Top Earners in a Network Marketing company. And they were always the ones to find out about the next massive opportunity before anyone else. Well folks, that’s how it works with any business or organization that is successful. You seek out the sharpest, most successful and talented people with proven track records to start your business. Guess why so many that start a business don't succeed."Bingo" They think they are the best person to run the business because they're the ones with the idea and the money.

The real smart money does their due diligence and sends out scouts, puts the word out and lures only the best in that field. But most of us see Network Marketing Companies getting their start in dimly lit basements with guys wearing black suits and Fedoras pulled tightly so as to hide their eyes. Look out it’s another Network Marketing Pyramid. This whole planet is based directly or indirectly on some sort of hierarchy. Does this look familiar? Sure it does, that’s the business model where you work.

You see...that's your boss at the top. Then there are Tom and Kale the foremen. Only Kale just started and has six men on his crew with one of the men starting to break away and get his own crew. Tom on the left has been with the Boss for awhile and he's looking after fourteen men. Tom will need to give more responsibility to one of his men before he goes crazy....Does this look familiar? It's a Network Marketing Pyramid scheme! Every business on this planet looks something like this. So does the Government, your family and yes even the Church. I will loudly state that there are scams, there is corruption, greed and lies in our society, but to think that it only happens in Network marketing is...well..I just won't go there. Read on below and now I'll tell you exactly how I feel.

My experience on this planet is that there is a fine line between success and almost success. That line is called quitting. I do believe that there is a time to pull the plug if you've really given it all you got. But that is definitely not a failure. Earlier I stated that maybe there was something missing from the strategies and techniques I used to build my feeble Network Marketing Pyramid 20 years ago. If you continue to do the same things over and over again hoping the results will be different, that would be considered insanity. I was insane. And I knew it! Although my friends and family loved me, they grew tired of all the bigger than life opportunities I had up my sleeve. Some of them even got angry and told me to get a life and a better job. So what did I learn from all this:

- Don't think you can survive in a Billion Dollar industry without proper training and direction.

-Just because "you" think something is a great idea, doesn't mean the rest of the world will agree.

-Others may have better things to do than follow you to a meeting and listen to everyone tell them how rich they will be.

-People don't make tens of thousands of dollars per month in a Network Marketing Pyramid by accident

-Repeating Network Marketing Pyramid gets this article ranked higher.

Network Marketing is growing exponentially. There are very successful people starting to endorse the business model and the concept, because "It Works" Those that think that they can read a book or call a bunch of friends and compete against savvy Entrepreneurs will soon get stomped by the market. I have to tell you straight because I've gone through the disappointment of building an organization and watching it fall apart because I just didn't know. I dare you to go anywhere on this planet and find a business that will pay you ten to one hundred thousand dollars a month just because you think it's a good idea to join. I know how hard these top producers work, the sacrifices they make and the personal growth they go through in order to be responsible enough to make that kind of money. I know how hard I work. It's three am and my wife and I are writing articles that need to be ready for six am.

The bottom line is that anything worth pursuing will take hard work. It's only hard if you're not making the money you want. My parents worked their butts off all their life and conditioned me to do the same. So I did until I figured out how to Network Market Properly and so can you. If anyone wants to compete in this market today they must get the proper training from someone with a proven track record. There are things one must do to be successful and it’s no different in a Network Marketing Pyramid. The growth and financial rewards one can achieve in Network Marketing are well worth the time spent to actually take this industry seriously.
