Never try to spank your children

I started writing this very important blog with my personal intention of sharing this information to fellow parents, to would be mothers & fathers sooner or later, single mom & dad and to any interested readers who like to know these things.

Let me start this blog by saying some mothers and fathers try to spank and hit their children whenever they commit simple & big mistakes. They use belt to spank their children hitting them in different parts of their bodies. A child or even an adult would suffer from severe wounds because of this act that could possibly forced him to stay in the hospital for some months. These may be not enough for some parents and may possibly box their children in the face, give him a kick on the legs or anywhere, try to let him experience the pain of touching a hot flat iron and anything that can possibly be done by any parent or individual. Some parents would say that the purpose of this is just to give them a mere punishment.

Other parents who are both working and away from children from 8 to 5 pm try to give whatever their children wants just so they could cover up the time they should be with them. A time that is very necessary in order to guide and give them a good upbringing. And this happens in real life.

Hitting a child particularly in any sensitive parts of the body will put a child in comatose or even put him dead. Once this happened, parents will then realized what they did to their children is really not the right thing to do. They were the ones who killed their own siblings. Siblings that they themselves should have taken cared of and loved.

Some children even suffered the worst thing that a parent can do. Parents started by simply giving him a spank, next by boxing his face, hitting with a baseball bat and others that would make him feel unconscious if not death. There will come a time that a child would only laugh on whatever his parents do to him because he can already absorb and stand all the type of punishments they give to him. He became so firmed and strong enough to absorb all those grave punishments.

And this is what most parents don't know. Their child who has always been beaten up by them will possibly do the same on his own children when he becomes a father. A thing that many of us have completely overlooked the time we started hitting him. A time when we should have given him love, help and understanding.

Some parents most of the time can not control themselves when they got angry and would act like a crazy person. This is one of the reasons why some children are being hit and spank by their mother and father. Not only that, parents particularly those that are unemployed are sometimes the ones spanking their children simply because they were finding difficulties to find job and they easily got angry.

Nowadays, you will hear cases of a father raping his own daughter, a son who killed his own father, a son raping her own mother, or father & son raping his own daughter and others etc. Criminals are now anywhere and they are the products of a broken home and parents who are bound to do something bad to their children. And this is the reason why there is a rise in criminality because that supposed love and understanding we should have given to our child was not done instead we decided to hurt them to the point of ruining their lives.

Me too have done a small spanking on my first child but I decided to stop this permanently when I saw on one television program where a child was badly beaten up by his own father. He was confined in the hospital for two months after suffering from deep wounds as a result of these beatings.

Now I talk to my children nicely and try to make them feel as if I am their elder brother, who are there to give them advice and to tell them why sometimes mother & father are trying to call their attention on something. I want them all to grow up as a responsible human being capable of facing whatever the challenges are there for them fairly and squarely.

I know that this proper action may no be possibly done by some parents the whole night but through prayers and patience there is nothing impossible. Let's all learn how to control ourselves and start loving our own children and they are the God's gift to us parents. Take good care of them instead of ignoring them or abandoning them. When they made mistakes in their lives try to help them get up and start picking up the pieces together. Let us all learn to forgive and forget all those differences and try to work together with a common aim of having a good family which we can all be proud of. Stop hurting kids and please start trying to understand them. We are here as a parent and not that anyone who will do something bad about our children. We as parents should show a good sample to our children if we are aiming to have a good child upbringing.

Enjoy being with your children and try to see them as an inspiration. They are God's gift to us and we should take good care of them just like what he expects us to do on them. We are all responsible for whatever happens to the upbringing of our own children.
