The purchase of Lamborghini by Audi has done really well to the German company, which now can put under the bonnet of its most exclusive models the same V10 motor that equips Gallardo. The RS6 V10, according to the company, is new, with direct fuel injection (FSI) and two turbo-compressors. The set is capable of rendering 580 hp power, with a torque of 66.3 kgm.

Being heavier than the C 63 AMG, the RS6 reaches 100km/h (60 miles/h) on the same 4.6s of the Mercedes-Benz model. The difference is on four-wheel traction of the german four rings brand.

The maximum speed due to the gentlemen's agreement between the German government and Audi, is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 miles/h), but knowing that the Lamborghini Gallardo, which is not subject to such agreement, easily beats the 300 km/h (186 miles/h) we can expect the same results for this pearl of the German brand.

To stop the 2,025 kilograms of this wagon, Audi equipped it with six pistons brake discs in front and wheels of 19" with tyres 255/40 R 19. For those who want to drive more aggressively, the brand offers, in conjunction with 20" wheel rim, tires of 275/35 R 20 and ceramic brakes with 420 mm in front and 356 mm in the rear.

The carrying capacity is generous: 565 litres that can be expanded up to 1,660 litres, closing the back seats.

Luxury, comfort and price are, as you can imagine, extremely high, but for anyone who can have a jewel of mechanics like this in the garage, that is all superfluous.
