I believe that this is the golden era of the music industry worldwide. Many great singers came out to showcase their musical talents with their unique styles and music genres. Some of them are known for their brand as newest RnB icon, pop star, balladeer etc.

I was just amazed with the latest news I heard. It is about a new found great singer named Charice from the Philippines. I have listened to some of her songs and they are incredibly great. I have never heard a 16 year old like her singing like one of the greatest singers in Hollywood. If you have seen her performing live or in a music video file, you'll wonder where that voice comes from.

The first time I saw this young girl performing was when she joined a singing contest in a noon time show in the Philippines. Perhaps she was only 7 years old. She looked so small but her voice was awesome that she won her first title with her rendition of Celine Dion's To Love You More. As she was trying to improve more and striving to stardom, she joined a series of singing contests in national TV but she failed.But, just like any other who has a dream of becoming a well-known singer, it just did not matter to her. Instead, every failure that she had made her even more determined to join other contests to win. What I like most about this girl is that, she has a strong faith in her own capacity that whether she wins or looses, the courage is still there and every failure that she encounters are made to be her strength.

A couple of years have passed and I was surprised to see her on YouTube. She was performing the song entitled" And I am Telling You" in a Korean show. I know she was on her best that time. The file video was posted in YouTube. From then on, different TV Shows in Hollywood came out to invite her for song renditions starting from "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", "Oprah" and many other popular shows in the Hollywood. Since then, her name spread out like a lightning passing to every place where she is known. Nowadays, maybe you have heard about this girl invading different places to perform inside the U.S, Europe, Asia, Australia and other parts of these continents. This is obviously the result of her undying aspirations and dreams- to be a real star.

The story of Charice is a living proof that dreaming is powerful and everything is possible if we only believe in our own capacity with hard work enclosed on it. It will not take us at risk anyway, instead, it will give us the ultimate happiness and self achievement that we are longing for.
