According to the official announcement Wednesday on Michael Jackson's official website, a new single from the king of pop 'This is it' was released on October 12, this year.

This Is It, is also the title of his planned comeback tour Michael Jackson was about to begin before his untimely death.

The new single will feature vocals from Jackson's brothers, to be followed by the release of a 2 disc album later with new versions of classic Michael Jackson songs and other new recordings. Also a film based on the footages shot for the rehearsals of the comeback event hit the theaters on October 28 and is doing well at the box office.

According to John McClain, co-producer of the album the song once again defines what the world already knows - that Michael is one of God's greatest gifts.
