Thinking about learning to ride a motorcycle? Go ahead, do it! With a wide variety of motorcycle training courses available out there, what’s stopping you?
The cost of the New Rider Course is determined by each participating dealership, and ranges anywhere from $195 to $350. Remember, the price usually includes the use of a motorcycle. Contact you local motorcycle dealership and find out more on how to get the skills you need to learn to ride a motorcycle.
Requirements for most New Motorcycle Rider Courses:
- A valid automobile driver’s License or learners permit
- To be able to ride a bicycle
- A heavy long-sleeve shirt or leather jacket
- Jeans, chaps or leather pants
- Over the ankle sturdy footwear (i.e. Harley-Davidson Boots)
- Full fingered gloves
- A motorcycle helmet that meets DOT requirements
- Protective eyewear
