Ambassador's Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
5 ounces Brandy
3 ounces Creme de Cacao, dark
4 ounces Rum, dark
1 quart Eggnog
Nutmeg fresh ground
Get a large punch bowl, and pour in everything except the nutmeg. Use a whisk or wooden spoon to mix thoroughly, then add a block of ice to keep the punch cold. Use cold eggnog.
Apple Pie Punch Recipe
2 cups apple juice or cider
4 ounces spiced rum
2 ounces cinnamon Schnapps
1 red apple, sliced
Combine apple juice, rum, and Schnapps in a punch bowl or pitcher.
Serve punch over ice and garnish with red apple slices.
Bahama Breeze Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup strawberries sliced
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 cups ice
Blend all ingredients in blender . Puree until thick and smooth. Pour into a glasses. Garnish with a strawberry if desired.

New Year Butterscotch Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package (18.25 ounce size) yellow cake mix
1 small box instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
***Icing***
1 large container Cool Whip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
Mix all cake ingredients together.
Pour into lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until done.
For Icing: Put brown sugar in large mixing bowl. Add softened cream cheese. Mix together with electric mixer until creamy. Mix in the entire container of Cool Whip, using mixer to blend together.
Make sure cake is cooled before frosting.
Ranch Cheese Ball Recipe
16 ounces Cream Cheese -- softened
1 package Ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon Bits
Combine salad dressing and cream cheese. Form into a ball. Roll in bacon bits. Refrigerate until 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers.
Avocado With Shrimp Remoulade
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons Horseradish mustard
1 tablespoon Catsup
1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Salad oil
4 cups Minced celery
1/4 cup Minced green onions
2 pounds Shrimp, cooked and peeled
4 medium Avocados
In small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, catsup, paprika, salt and pepper. Slowly add oil, beating constantly with electric mixer. Stir in celery and onions. Pour sauce over shrimp. Marinate 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator.
Halve and peel avocados. Lift shrimp out of sauce and arrange on each avocado half. Serve with toothpicks.
