I have had the chance to go to two games this year and I am happy to report that the Mets are playing .500 ball when I am in attendance.

The new ballpark is fabulous. I have to admit, I was missing Shea alot when I went to the first game back in April. It was very strange seeing the new ballpark in place of Shea as you drove down the highway. It was the second game against San diego and I was also among the fans who witnessed the Mets first win ever at Citifield. I also almost got gonked in the head by Carlos Delgado's homerun in the 8th inning.

I've included pics from the Mets new home and I gotta tell ya that you should really get to a game. If you time it right, you can get some pretty good deals through the box office. I spent $60 for field level seats on the first base side against the Cardinals on June 22nd. The great thing about those seats is you can walk all the way to the front and watch batting practice.
