Many domain names are tied directly to their brands: www.pepsi.com, www.apple.com, etc. This is logical for an established, well-known firm. However, if I am interested in selling only from home, I am best to start by focussing on the keywords or keyword phrases my prospective customers may use to find my product; and using one of these as a domain name.
