Pinning the tail on the donkey

In this game you get the blindfolded person to pin a tail on the donkey  which is a painting or photo of a donkey stuck on the wall.  It's good if the painting is large and is stuck on a wall with suitable protection.  You can make the tail from a piece of cardboard with a drawing pin at the end.  Start by turning the person round 3 times and then letting them go.  The winner is the person who comes nearest to the correct spot.

Here's a way of good warmer for getting your guests to know each other better by searching for their spiritual partners.  Before the christmas party games start   write down on pieces of paper, pairs of famous lovers corresponding to the number of people you are expecting.

christmas party game number 4 Guests at your Christmas party are given pen and paper and then asked to write down 12 categories Animal, bird, country, town, girls name, boys name etc The organiser then chooses one random letter and everybody has to write down one word under each categfory for that letter, within a 5 muinute time limit  So for example, if the letter chosesn was C then you have to fill categories such as country with Checkoslovakia, boys name with  Clive etc.  Each player at the Christmas party then reads out his word. Each time a word is called out that is  not on others lists then that person gains 1 point and the winner of course, is the person with the most points. If you have a guest list of people into music you could slant the whole thing towards composers and  singer-song writers etc,
