Top ten nfl teams

#1 Minnesota Vikings- Adrian Peterson is the number one running back in the NFL right now. If Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson can stay healthy this year the Vikings have a really good chance to go to the Super Bowl.

#2 New York Giants- Eli Manning has came out this year throwing the ball really well. The Giants lost their best receiver in the off season. They have guys that are stepping up their play every weak. The Giants are missing a couple of key defenders but their defense still looks decent.

#3 Atlanta Falcons- With the new addition Tony Gonzalez at tight end. The Falcons are really tough this year. Matt Ryan is looking pretty good this year. With the defense led by safety Eric Coleman you better believe this team will make a playoff appearance this year.

#4 New Orleans Saints- The points they are putting up this year reminds me of the Saint Louis Rams during the 1999 season. The numbers they put up speak for the team. Drew Bree's will be a quarter back to watch this season. He only gets better every year.

#5 Baltimore Ravens- With the new running back Ray Rice Baltimore's ground game looks really good. Quarter back Joe Flacco is looking to make his second playoff appearance. The Ravens defense has always looked extremely impressive lead by veteran Ray Lewis this could be a playoff team to watch out for.

#6 Indianapolis Colt- Peyton Manning has came out looking pretty sharp this year. They are missing a couple of key offense of weapons. The Colts defense is healthy this year.

#7 Green Bay Packers- The Packers defense looks decent this year. Returning Quarter back Aaron Rogers is looking to have a better year. He is still young but makes very few mistakes. If offensive coordinator Joe Philbin can find a way to put up more points you may see this team make a playoff appearance this year.

#8 San Francisco 49ers- Running back Frank Gore is carrying this team on his shoulders this year. The 49ers seem pretty determined to win the division this year. Head coach Mike Singletary has improved the overall defense of play. This team could easily climb up in the NFL rankings this year and make a playoff appearance is they can stay healthy.

#9 Philadelphia Eagles- Who knows what new addition Micheal Vick will be able to do this year. He looked good during theĀ  pre-season. If the Eagles can keep their offense healthy they can very well make another playoff appearance. The key to the Eagles is Brian Westbrook staying healthy. With the recent death of defensive coordinator Jim Jones the Eagles will have to put up more points this year than before.

#10 New York Jets- Rookie Quarter back Mark Sanchez has came out surprising everyone this season. With two good running backs Leon Washington and Thomas Jones the ground game looks very good. Their defense have keep other teams from scoring. They haven't played any of the top teams yet. It will be interesting to see how the year folds out for them.
