This is an honest review of J P Schoeffel's Niche Video Site Builder. I have seen some other reviews on this software, but they do not show good examples of what can be done with this software. Niche Video Site Builder can be a great addition to any web site, or can be used as a stand alone web site.

Video is hot! If you are not using it, you are missing out on some easy traffic!

But do not leave money laying on the table. Maximize the capabilities! Look closely at the examples I will share. I am sure that you can come up with even more ways to use Niche Video Site Builder.

I want to start off by saying that there are already many people who have made duplicates of this software. I have even seen them for free. But you know what the old saying is: "You get what you pay for"! You get the software and you are on your own. Good luck.

I have known J P Schoeffel for over a year now. He is a compassionate marketer who cares deeply about his business and his customers. And he is a bit of a perfectionist. He is constantly looking for ways to improve his products. Niche Video Site Builder was released in December and there have already been 3 upgrades!

So, let's talk about this software. It is EASY to use. Change a couple of files with notepad or your preferred editor, upload them to your server, and presto, you have a video web site! It comes with video tutorials to help you get started. I watched them one time and I was trained up.

What about support? Best in the world! You will have access to a very active forum and a help desk. The forum is a great place to get ideas from fellow software owners!

You can customize these web sites any way that you want. Change the graphics and add other streams of income! Just look at my example sites and you will get some ideas of what you could do with this software.

Updates! This is a must for any software. If you want to be successful, you have to stay one step ahead of the crowd. Let me give you an idea of the changes that have already been added to Niche Video Site Builder.

The first and my favorite is the "Tag Cloud". You pick some keywords and give your visitor one click access to as many video sites as you want. You can guide them.

J P also came out with a script that gives you fresh news everyday about your keywords. Another reason for your visitor to stay or come back.

Another is the auto installer. I have not tried that yet. I can't even imagine that it could be any easier than it already is!

He also broke the code down so that you could put this technology in your own template!

One of my pet peeves is when some marketer is trying to sell everything that comes down the road, without even testing it! How in the world do they sleep? If I am thinking about buying something, I want to see it in action. I want to know that you use it and like it.

So, with that in mind, here are some examples. Keep in mind that I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I am not a programmer. So if I can do it, so can you!

My first example is: Vegetarian Diet Recipes. Take it for a test ride. Click on a couple of the keywords in the "Tag Cloud". Type any keyword in the search box and watch what happens to the site. Notice the affliate links down the side bar. See the fresh news about Vegetarians? I also put my affilate link in the footer. It was also easy to make this site blend in with my blog at: Vegetarian Diet Lifestyle.

My second example is a quickie that I threw together to take advantage of the Free Camtasia offer. Camtasia Tutorial Videos has been a traffic hog! I have had traffic for keywords that I have never even heard of and in languages that I can't even speak! I even put a MyBlogLog widget on there. Makes it easier to see where the traffic is coming from. This template was used right out of the pack with no modifications.

The third site that I want to share with you was made to commemorate my son's homecoming from Iraq. USMC Videos is dedicated to him and all of the other brave Marines. I just whipped up a quick header in Photoshop to make it look better. The only purpose for this site was to attach it to a blog that I was doing. But it is still getting traffic, so I think that I will do some more work on it. Maybe some keyword research so I can add a tag cloud. And then some more income streams.

So what is the bottom line and are there any "cons". Well there is a restriction on the basic license. You can not sell the sites that you build with this software, unless you buy a special license. And I believe that they were in a limited supply when I bought mine. The other thing is the price. I think that this is a bargain at $67, but JP said that when he upgraded the software, he would raise the price. He did not. He has also said that this software could be taken off of the market at any time. It has not so far. So my advice is buy it if you are the least bit interested. You have plenty of protection with his moneyback guarantee. Niche Video Site Builder gets 5 stars from me!
