If you have not heard of cashgifting yet, you are most likely under a rock. There is probably one, underlying question that comes to mind when people begin seeing the lucrative potential with this sort of private activity, and it's certainly the first thing I wanted to know as well; Is cashgifting legal?

After a plenty of research, it appears to be very much a legal activity. Take a look for yourself to see if you find anywhere that states cashgifting is illegal, you will not find anything. Actually, American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.

The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. It's important to note that not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. Here is a legal cashgifting program

Unfortunately, there are still some older Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren't structured properly and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure. As a result, many of these types in the past were closed by the federal government because of this illegal ever-widening base pyramid structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation.

However, in recent years, with the creation and development of the linear structure (one type of action results in one response, which then produces another certain type of action that results in another response and so on), things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other Cash Gifting structure in the World.

You are more than welcome to research further.
