The Nikon Monarch 3-12x42mm scope has 33% more magnification than the old 3-9x scope! Featuring a huge ocular lens box, large field of view, side focus and rugged construction, this is a great all-around hunting and shooting scope.

The optics transmit 95% of the light that passes through the objective lens. The side focus allows you to have a perfectly clear sight picture from 50 yards to infinity, regardless of the magnification. Simply pull out the side focus knob, adjust to the yardage of the target you are looking at, and push the knob back in to lock. The eyepiece is adjustable allowing the shooter to sharpen the view of the reticle.
