No Credit Check Loans
66No credit check loans are fairly clearly loans that are sought by people who do not want the financial institution to check on their credit rating or credit history. There can be several reasons for this. The first is that the person simply doesn't have a credit history. If they are someone in their late teens or early twenties and have never owned a credit card or had a previous loan, then this is certainly likely to be the case. In fact this is possibly one of the only really good reasons for getting a credit card when you are young. When you own a credit card, make a single purchase, pay it back before the first payment is due and don't leave any amounts outstanding you will automatically start to build a top class credit history. This is because your history will show that you never have an outstanding amount. But make sure that if you are going out to get a credit card for this reason, that you can handle the temptation to buy all those things on your credit card that you really can't afford and then find that you can't pay the outstanding amount on your card each month or at least the interest that is owing. This will result not only in you getting into bad debt that is difficult to get out of, but it will also stop you getting loans easily in the future for more meaningful purchases like a car or unit. Another way to create a credit history is to borrow a small amount of money for an inexpensive home based business. For example, the bank may lend you a couple of hundred dollars to buy a cheap vinyl cutter and heat press to start a home based t shirt transfer business. The bank is much more likely to lend money in a situation where they can see the loan will result in you earning money. This has the effect of not only creating a credit history, but also giving you a way to get money as well.
Other Reasons for Bad Credit
Of course, as mentioned before, if you do not have a credit card or you have only possessed a credit card for a very short period of time, or you have never had a personal or business loan, then you will not have a credit history at all.
The other reason people look for no credit check loans is if they have a bad credit history. This situation can come about for a number of reasons. The most common of these is failure to pay the minimum repayment on their credit cards. This is not surprising given the ease with which people can get credit cards with a limit of up to $5,000 to $10,000. I've even heard of a fourteen year old boy in Australia getting a credit card online with a higher limit than that. The fact is only 2% of credit card owners have the discipline to pay off their credit card each month so that they get the 55 days interest free and then don't pay any interest. Most other credit card owners max out their credit card buying things that they want but that aren't necessary because the temptation to have it now is too much and then are left paying a whopping 19% interest per annum on their purchases. This equates to $158 per month on a $10,000 card. This is often too much to pay in addition to the standard bills that most people have and so they get behind with their minimum repayments and this shows up on their credit history. Other ways in which people can get a bad credit history and therefore require a no credit check loan is too simply stop paying their bills or to stop paying the repayments on personal loans. Both of these situations can come about when a person's income level drops due to unforeseen circumstances, interest rates increase, their level of debt increases or they start having more bills come in.
Banks Check Credit History
When people start approaching financial institutions like banks and credit unions, they find that the normal process of the lending institution is to check the credit history of the applicant of the loan. They do this because it gives them an idea of the level of risk involved in lending the applicant money and whether the applicant is likely to pay the interest on the loan or even pay the loan back. The lending institution is loath to lend money to someone who they think will default on the loan and never pay them back. If they look at a persons credit history and find that they have a record of bad debts, they are extremely unlikely to grant the loan. This may even occur with only one or two infringements of your credit history so it is vitally important in the first place to keep your credit history clean.
What Are No Credit Check Loans?
If you find yourself in the unenviable position where, for whatever reason your credit history is not accepted by a lending institution then there are alternatives and these come in the form of no credit check loans. As the name suggests, a no credit check loan is a loan where the lender does not check your credit history. Before going any further, it is important to determine whether a no credit check loan is the only way you can get money for whatever it is you want to buy. For example, are there other that you can learn how to get money like learning how to make money on eBay that can help you to get money? If not, or you are in need of the money quickly and you feel that you can afford a no credit check loan, then by all means apply for one. It is possible to get many different types of loans with no credit check. These include no credit check personal loans, no credit check student loans and no credit check payday loans. There are even no credit check military loans. Obviously each these has a different purpose but in many cases are used in situations where cash is required fast. In other situations it may be that the money is required to buy something that is necessary for the person's lifestyle like a car. In this case it is possible to get no credit check auto loans, which are similar to a bad credit car loan.
Where Do I Get Them?
There are many lenders that advertise no credit check loans and the internet is an excellent place to start searching for one. This gives you the opportunity to look at different interest rates and terms offered on the loans by each lender. It is important to look at the fine print for any of these loans since the lender will usually cover the additional risk with higher interest rates or some other way of guaranteeing that they get their money back. The lender websites will also show the requirements that need to be met by an applicant to be granted the loan. These requirements will usually be fairly easy to meet since the whole purpose of no credit check loans is to give basically anyone the chance to borrow money.
