Skinny Guys Guide to Insane Gain

I've recently setup a website that provides information on muscle building and nutrition.

And one of the first products I've reviewed is Vince DelMontes No-Nonsense Muscle Building program. I was really impressed with Vince's program in that he doesn't try sell you a muscle building guide, then try sell you a nutrition guide then try sell you another guide.

He's bundled everything into one guide at what I believe is a ridiculously low price.

It is so comprehensive that whether you a novice or a seasoned bodybuilder you will benefit from the completeness of this program, even the hardest of gainers will and have benefited from this program.

Value for money is extremely high.

In addition to this what I like about not only Vince but other authors who have walked the walk. He's transformed himself from a skinny guy to a muscular guy and repeated his success with numerous other individuals male and female alike.

The clincher for me is the fact that I will gain muscle, which is why I use his training techniques, and I will save money by getting a complete package and will have no need to purchase any complementing program or guides.

So what does this guide teach you:

- The right combination of exercises (for your body type)

- Correct food to eat - Food to avoid - 84 day healthy meal plan

- DVD training material

- MP3 audio files to take with you

- Exercise demonstrator

If you would like to look at what all is included in the No-Nonsense Muscle Building Guide in more detail then visit my site No-Nonsense Muscle Building Review!
