No Sweat No Gain
55Sweating can be quite annoying, you get the smell, the stain, the discomfort, and leaving your wet trail all over the place. Too excessive or too little sweat is also a problem, but sweating is inevitable for any good workout, it makes you feel much alive and subconsioucsly feeling you are getting rid of toxic in your body for good.
From the good old internet, the reason behind this wet business is actually helping us to radiate our heated up body, just like how a dog pants to radiate his sweatless body, instead human perspires. Common sense if we are in some cold environment, less sweat occurs because it evaporates before it turns to liquid, did you ever see someone with smoke coming out from their back after a tough run? I did, it happened to me, I can feel the heat rising from my back, like how a good gongfu master mastering some high level technique and smoke rising behind his head in those good old gongfu movies. (How come they don't make those anymore?)
Sweat can appear anywhere on your body, depends on your sweat glands, I guess I had mine on my forehead the most, follow by my body and least on my legs and feet. If I ever sweat, the first to appear is on the forehead, and then the body, if my legs were to sweat, it means I really push myself harder than before. On the other hand, my friend sweats on her palms first, she can squeeze water from her clenched fist, and it is not magic. So there is no fix body outlet where the sweat will come first, just remember to have a towel ready to wipe it off.
