Favorite No Bake Cookies Recipe
No Bake Cookies are one of my all-time favorite cookie recipes. I have loved no bake cookies since I was little. They were served once a week at school for lunch. It was the only time I ate everything on my cafeteria tray.
The no bake cookies recipe I remember had a hint of peanut butter in them. I searched for years for the recipe. Too bad the internet wasn't around then! I finally found a no bake cookies recipe containing peanut butter. After a little tweaking, I have what I believe to be the best no bake cookies recipe ever. Here it is.Cookie Recipes Cookbooks

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies Recipe
Stir sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 60 seconds and remove from heat immediately. If using an electric stove, remove the pot from the burner even after it is turned off. Be certain to boil for an entire minute.
Add the rest of the no bake cookies ingredients. Mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper. Let harden. Enjoy!No Bake Cookies Recipe Ingredients- Makes About 2 Dozen Cookies
2 cups sugar

Sounds good and well, anything with chocolate in it just has to be the best! Can't wait to try them.
If you are a no bake cookies fan you may want to check out the cookbook called appropriately No-Bake cookies by Camilla Saulsbury. It is a little paperback filled with 150 of the most creative no-bake cookies I have ever seen. I discovered it at the library and have been having fun whipping up 'cookies' without having to turn on the oven!
