No-Bake Chocolate Cream Cupcake
No-Bake Chocolate Cream Cupcake

Ingredients

1/2 cup thawed whipped topping, such as Cool Whip, divided

2 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 square semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1 tablespoons powdered sugar

8 Nilla Wafters


Directions

  1. Mix 1/4 cup of the whipped topping, the cream cheese, the melted chocolate, and the powdered sugar until well blended.

  2. Place 2 of the wafers in the bottome of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups.

  3. Cover with 1 tablespoon of the whipped topping mixture.

  4. Repeat the layers in steps 1 and 2.

  5. Top each evenly with the remaining whipped topping.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Makes 2 servings.

This recipe can easily be multiplied for more servings, for parties, or potluck dinners. This is also a great recipe to make with kids for a fairly quick treat.
