Noel's Double Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
61- 1 ¾ cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a small mixing bowl and set aside. In a large mixing bowl mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Form a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and set aside. In the small mixing bowl that you melted the butter in quickly beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold together. Add semi-sweet chocolate chunks and milk chocolate chips. Make sure not to over work the batter. Heavily grease Muffin Pan or line with baking cups. Fill muffin cups ¾ of the way full. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes.
