This list was taken from a site that I frequent, after checking the facts and making sure it was p domain, I list it here for the benefit of hubspace users.

Here is a list of non-paying ptr sites. I strongly advise against signing up with these companies. All these sites are either not paying member and/or even call in money, have an extremely bad support (if at all) or beeing ouright scams by cheating search engines with IFrames or use an illegal version of Cash Crusader script. Scammer gladly hush up their fraud by alleged owner changes due to which the user accounts must be put back or it is stated that the new operator does not care about the site and therefore no payouts can be made. In this way the legal responsibility of the webmaster is transferred to a fictitious other person.
The information gathered on this list was produced by members of these sites to be included on the list as
1. Not paying
2. Problems with the site and/or webmaster.
- There are many sites out there which promise emails worth the likes of $5, $50 or $100 and upwards. DO NOT join any of these sites. These are ridiculous attempts to take your money and you will never see a penny. EXCEPTIONS are so called "Redemption Only" sites where you can redeem your money for advertising only.
- Check the advertising price to see if sites selling ads underprice. If for example, the site has 100 members and an email to all costs only $2 for a $10 link, you can clearly see that the site is underselling advertising. 100 members x $10 per member = $1,000. Therefore, the actual cost of the advertisement without taking into account the referral commission, comes to $1,000. If a site sells this link for only $2, the site is sustaining a loss of $988 per advertisement sold. This is only an example but please note that there are sites selling $10, $20 and even links worth hundreds of dollars for just $2 - $3. Basic mathematical skills will show you that such sites are totally unsustainable and therefore, short lived. If you wish to calculate how much the ad should cost, use the Sustainable Calculator.

bestfly.org or .com, some are different, this list was compiled by me and second and third party users,, but i will tell you this, more than 1 and up to 100 have not been paid on all these programs listed after implementing program legally. if bestfly gets a positive rating from me and the rest of the group i am involved with it will be removed. payoutstats can be fabricated. check out scam.com and search for that program... i will check again as well.
bestfly is a "all emails 100 dollars" site with a 8888 payout this cries scam!!!!!!!!!!! think about it.. what advertiser is going to pay over 100 for some user to read an email????? most of the sponser sites are on the list as well.... scam scam scam scam scam scam scam if you want to try it go ahead, but you will find you will stop recieving emails just short of your payout or you will be accused of not doing the program correctly. If you get a message from someone who says they have been paid, track the url, i gaurantee it will be from the server or at least the same neighborhood as it will be from one of the administrators.... If youi try it and it works, send me a copy of your 8000 dollar check and i will take it off the list and actively promote your referal id on 5 websites.... it wont work!!!!!
i am also cheated by a site named a-n-cash.com,i am a student doin part time work, as my job is based on net, i tried to gain something using net. this site was introduced by my friend... well, many scam sites revolving round the internet, even though net s free to me, i found myself very disappointed... still many of the students believe that these sites are real and paying one and they are wasting their time...so you guys try to spread this news to everyone....
a lot of these sites can get away with it because they are "free" to you and are a "service", but bottom line if you waste your time they are not free. because of no money invested it is hard to take legal action but you can start a list of your own and blog about it to keep others from joining a siter that has wasted your time

ptr trading, ft mails, silvana mail, chobit mail and the like (owned by the same guy) is paying but not as much as you expect them to. like when you get 900000 and requested payout you'll get 1.00. the 900000 is not dollars but actually points. well. at least you get something from them

i joined jacob mails in may 08 and reached free member payout in july. i requested it but have not recive any payment. is this a scam?
not sure, rule of thumb, if the payout is a lot, it is scam
jacobmails is complete scam.... think about it.... what advertiser would pay100 plus dollars to send an email.... I can advertise there for 10 bucks and they will send out 1000 mails.... do the math, it wont add up... go with hits4pay or donkeymails for legit email reading, see my review on hits4pay
Giga-Mails,Is Paying,I don't know how,im also a member but its paying and by the way my friends you don't know one big secret ,PTR.Ince is a very big company,it makes sites(the structure) of ptc sites and gives franchise and these people taking franchise makes a site really paying or a scam,Giga-mails was run my scamming people and they made it scammed site and now ptr.inc took over the charge and now they are paying,Really paying,Now you trust or not it's on you.You look at site and if than you believe than join otherwise don't.Im going to get my payment this june and my card this june,So ill get you the picture of mine with the card of giga and the screen short of giga payment.

I found the new non ptr site... It's ptrland.com and sheepbizs.com
ptrland.com set minimum payout is usd 5000 when I was joined then after I've reach minimum payout, they set the minimum usd 200.000. Besides no reply from the site owner/webmaster.
Sheepbizs.com is set up the minimum payout is USD 10.000 but when u reach the minimum the only thing is u have option to buy their ads only. No way for the cash out

This is for Giga-Mails ....Soon I will reach the free member payout, yes it takes some efforts to get that huge payout, but with everyone saying it is scam and then some saying it's not, I wanted to try one time at least to see for myself if it is scam or not. When 30 days come by and my time has come, if I get payment, I will come back here to let anyone know the truth. I will supply by email only proof if I am paid. Hi Karen,Yah i advertised on their site,and they suspended my account for 2days,but now im back in giga-,but the main problem is they are not at all replying to my payment request and it's above 3 months since i paid for the visa debit card as well as requested my payment,I have not received a single thing.But i have 1% hope,if ill have any new news ill let you know.
Hey, Yea, Ok, I think it might be a scam because I emailed them to ask when I would get payout because it has been 3 months since I did a request for payout, and the person, who ever they are, they said in the email who is this, and why do you and others keep emailing me asking me about some site called giga-mails. I was like, what are you talking about, I emailed you from the site itself, aren't you the owner, they said they own nothing and to stop emailing them. I think maybe who ever owns it is making the money that we see in our account that we think we will be paid. They just keep our money when we request payout. Bummer, $75,000 would have been helpful Oh well. GUess none are real.
