Week 2

No one expected the 49ers to start the season strong. I guess it fooled everyone! They took out Seattle with a powerful rushing game, and it didn't help that the 49ers also took out Matt Hasselbeck:( Here are a few Fantasy Football notes from week 2 that you might be interested in.

Tennessee and Pittsburgh.

You still don't wanna put a running back against there awesome run defence. But we know now they can be beaten. Tennessee only gave up a total of 63 rushing yards to the Houston Texans, But gave up a whopping 357 passing yards 4 TD's. Pittsburgh only gave the Chicago Bears 45 total rushing, but Chicago had 236 passing with 2 TD's and no ints!

Here they are....

Here aye some more players that are available in most leagues. If your team is in dire need of a change you may want to pick up these players, trade them, or keep an eye out. I've already picked up some of these players and offered them in trades to people that need help and it has worked out in my favor!

QB's

Kevin Kolb - Phil.He Threw for 391 passing yards with 2 TD's and 3 Int's,If McNabb is still hurt, he may get the start again against Kansas over Garcia and Vick.

Byron Leftwich - T.B.In 2 games he has 572 passing with 4 TD's. He is still available in most leagues!

Mark Sanchez - N.Y.J.Proved he has the leadership and patients against the Patriots. In 2 games, he has 435 passing with 2TD's and 1 int. next game is against the Titans who gave up massive yards through the air.

Seneca Wallace - Sea. He had 127 passing yards with 1 TD and 1 int when Hasselbeck got injured and taken out of the game, If Hasselbeck cant go next week, Wallace will get the start against Chicago.

R.B's

Mike Bell - N.O. Still no one has picked him up yet in most leagues! In 2 games he racked up 229 rushing yards. Seems to be the starter over Pierre Thomas.

Correll Buckhalter - Den. Is the #2 Rb in Denver, but has proven to be a big factor in their Offence. This week he had 76 rushing yards with a TD and 30 receiving yards.

Donald Brown - Ind. He is eating up the touches that Addai Should be getting. He had 26 rushing with 1 TD and 1 receiption for a nice gain of 24.

Leon Washington - N.Y.J. Coach wants Leon to get more touches. He made some big plays against the Patriots. He had 58 rushing, and 18 receiving.

WR's

Mario Manningham - N.Y.G. Is Eli Mannings most reliable target so far. In 2 games he has 208 receiving yards with 2 TD's.

Steve Smith - N.Y.G. He is the deep ball guy the Giants needed. In 2 games he has 214 receiving yards with 1 TD.

Johnny Knox - Chic. In 2 games, he has 152 receiving yards with 1 TD. Is the go to guy to Cutler so far.

Ted Ginn Jr. - Mia. In the game against the Colts, He had 11 reception for 108 yards.

Tight End

Brent Celek - Phil. He had a nice game against The Saints with 104 receiving yards. In 2 games now he has 141 with a TD

What to Expect in week 3

Some good match-ups to look forward to, I like Washington on the road at Detroit. I like everything against Detroit. Both teams should have players getting theiryards and TD's in this game. Greenbay looks to bounce back after a loss to the Bengals, going against the Rams. Houston will continue their aerial assault hosting The Jaguars. Then there's Miami going to San Diego...With Miami's steller Wild-cat offence, and San Diego's High Flying offence, who knows what will happen? Many players with a lot of Fantasy points I hope.

Manningham looks like he is the real deal, and possably the great waiver wire addition of the season for fantasy owners
