Everyone has those moments when the feelings of frustration, annoyance, and anger just feel overwhelming. Everyone, every now and then, has an urge to let it all out. For those of us without the motivation to hit the gym or the desire to sit like a bag of potatoes squeezing a stress ball, as if kneading your fingers would somehow excite an overwhelming release of tension throughout your whole mind and body, there is an easier, much more straight forward way.

Don't be afraid--you don't have to be alone. Others can and will be there for you if you only let them. Everyone, every now and then, has an urge to scream, and others will scream with you. It may be something about the physical release you can feel traveling down your throat, the tension physically leaving your body with the harsh expulsion of air. The hoarse aftermath and rawness that proves you have done a job well done.

You only need to find your screaming buddies. And they are right there for you, waiting to be found, wanting to be found. A list of some quality angry scream-alongs include, but are not limited to:

Enter Sandman by Metallica

Prayer of the Refugee by Rise Against

Toxicity by System of a Down

I Hate Everything About You by Three Days Grace

Dragula by Rob Zombie

Fake it by Seether

Down With the Sickness by Disturbed

The Kill by 30 Seconds to Mars

Man in the Box by Alice in Chains

Coming Undone by Korn

Of course, be warned, angry music typically comes with angry lyrics. "Clean" versions of these songs are available for the slightly less enraged. Also, there is yet angrier music out there but the above songs have been suggested as they allow for pauses inbetween screaming rampages. Who wants to scream for above 3 minutes without air?

Find the angry music that serves as the perfect background for your ignited rage and blast it throughout your home. Once you turn it off you'll feel much better, guaranteed. Not only will you have had your physical release by singing with your scream-alongs, but your senses will detect an intense silence and tranquility as soon as your music is shut off. After such delicious igniting rage you will never know such delicious relaxing silence.
