With millions of dieters and bodybuilders setting goals to increase lean muscle mass and reduce body fat, the market for diet pills continues to grow. Noxycut diet pills are made exclusively for the male population of dieters and fitness enthusiasts, promising extreme weight loss and lean muscle mass growth.

However, most fitness experts and bodybuilders already know that this is nearly impossible to achieve - the body cannot lose weight and increase muscle mass at the same time, and needs to go through ‘cycles' or phases in order for these types of shifts to occur. If you're considering taking Noxycut diet pills for weight loss or to build strength, here's what you need to know:

The Promises of Noxycut

The makers of Noxycut claim that this is the only weight loss formula that ‘won't make your scale move a single inch'. You'll be losing so much body fat, but increasing muscle mass at the same time, so essentially, may even gain a few pounds. Noxycut is made with a combination of fat burners, testosterone boosters, and ‘muscle cell builders' to help you reach your goals. Noxycut aims to:

• Give you a boost of energy so you can work out harder and longer

• Reduce body fat rapidly

• Boost testosterone levels and promote lean muscle mass gains

• Suppress the appetite

• Regulate the thyroid and increase hormone production needed for weight loss

• Improve focus and concentration

Key Ingredients in Noxycut

Noxycut is made with the following key ingredients:

• Tribulus terrestris

• Caffeine

• Creatine

• L-Glutamine

• Arginine

• Eurycoma longifolia

• Cinnamon extract

• Synephrine

• Guggulsterones

• Yohimbine HCL

There is a significant amount of caffeine in these pills (150 mg) - this equates to about two cups of coffee, and is even more powerful with the addition of synephrine. This energy-boosting combination is found in many fat burners on the market, but many people do experience adverse side effects including an elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, anxiety, and irritability.

Guggulsterones are found in many diet pills on the market today; these can stimulate thyroid hormone production that also leads to weight loss. L-Glutamine, Creatine, and Arginine are part of many bodybuilders' supplementation plans, and are included to promote muscle gains and enhance recovery. Noxycut claims that these are all part of the muscle-building plan, but there are health repercussions of taking these types of supplements and the actual effects vary by individual.

Still, according to this review from UltimateFatBurner.com, there are not enough active ingredients in Noxycut to make them as powerful as the company claism. There is also very little scientific evidence or clinical research data avaialble to support any of the company's claims, and most people will simply experience a buzz from the caffeine and synephrine in the pills.

Bottom Line: If you're looking for a simple energy booster, these Noxycut may get you some results. Still, it's important to remember that building muscles and losing fat cannot be accomplished at the same time - interval and circuit training, a rotation diet, and getting enough rest are still the fundamental principles that get results for any bodybuilder or athlete.
