That's me. I'm 50 + (never mind) I just love to eat! I so love food. But I WILL loose 20# with FIT. See my FIT blog below.


My FIT Blog

♥♥♥ Day One: Forgot to take my second FIT. I'm 5'10" and weigh, well, too much. So I'm going to take the FIT challenge and loose 20 pounds. It's too late to take my second FIT. I'll do better tomorrow.

♥ Day Two: I read up on FIT. It's best to take it 30 minutes to an hour before eating so I'll do that TWICE today.

♥ Day Three: I'm not really dieting or exercising yet. Too tired. But I am taking my FIT and I can tell - there is definitely an appetite suppressant in it. The label says it is natural. And no caffeine. That's good because i already drink a ton of coffee. I love coffee. Keeps me from eating too much (usually.)

♥ Day Six: OK - I totally got sidetracked. Day 4 and Day 5 got past me. I must develop a routine. No FIT taken for 2 days. Just didn't get around to it. So, I will put two gel paks in my purse, two in my golf bag, two in my desk and two in my appointment book. That should do it. And I took one 45 minutes ago, so now I'm going to eat lunch :)

♥ Day Seven: Haven't lost even one pound.

♥ Day Eight: I think the Hoodia in FIT is working! Yesterday, depressed about not loosing ;) I would normally eat to feel more "up." But comfort food wasn't even a thought yesterday! I didn't think much about eating at all.

♥ Day Nine: Still not that hungry. I must be loosing now but I refuse to weigh. I might get depressed again ;)

♥ Day Ten: Now I think the HCA is working! Clothes a little less tight, I think. I should have measured my waist at the beginning of this FIT blog. I'll go do it now but I do not plan to share the findings of this little experiment. OK, maybe I will if I reach my goal.

♥ Day Thirteen: I got behind again on my FIT blog but I sure feel better. I am going to weigh tomorrow. Fingers crossed. I've been doing very well with the FIT challenge since Day Seven. It helps to carry the gel paks around - very convenient plus I'm in a routine now of "two paks a day" - of FIT, I mean, you know, gel paks.

♥♥ Day Fourteen: Drum roll please... lost 3 pounds! It's a start...

♥ Day Seventeen: Wish me luck. Our small group at church meets tonight. We meet in each others homes for bible study and a dinner party. Tonight the meal will be really good. My friend Carol is a great cook :) or :( Anyway, I'm taking my FIT right now!

♥ Day Eighteen: I did just fine last night. Very small portions. It was easier to do than I thought. Yea FIT!

♥♥ Day I've lost track BUT - I've lost 3 more pounds!!!

♣ Day Whatever, I should be clubbed! I've gained back 3 of the 6 pounds :( I got busy, got off my routine of two FIT/day and there ya go. But I'm back to my routine again, loading my purse everyday with FIT. We'll see...

The really exciting thing is learning how to use internet marketing to build my business fast. Although in my career as a Nursing Director, I used the computer off and on all day, that does not mean that after retiring, I knew how to market online. A lot of 50+ career women are like that.
