As a member of the Fleet Reserve (U. S. Navy Retired) and a Former U. S. Marine Sergeant, I have always wondered what it really meant to Defend our Constitution from Foreign and Domestic Enemies. The Foreign Enemy was easy to figure out. Still is! The Domestic Enemy though was a lot harder. As an Active Duty member you really never get the training you deserve to understand this important part of our duty as Americans. Maybe that's the way it was meant to be. Are there forces at work within this Country and around the world that want us blindfolded to our duty as Americans? Have we already been taken over by the Domestic Enemy? Is the Domestic Enemy Winning? Who is the Domestic Enemy? What can we do as veterans and retiree's of the U. S. Military Forces to protect it? Is there a Master Plan to overthrow our Constitution and Bill of Rights? Let us discover these important areas together:

1. Who is the Domestic Enemy?

Although to the layman it would be very confusing, but to the average everyday American whom uses some Common Sense it becomes apparent. The Domestic Enemies are Federal, State, County and local Government Agency's that use the Power of their positions within their local office to abuse that discretion delegated by We the People. This can be anyone within the Government. Even within our Military Ranks there exists individuals whom do not care about your Rights or Mine. In our Judiciary System, Judges and Law Enforcement abuse these Powers on a daily basis. Our Religious Institutions and Institutions for Education on a daily basis look to deprive We the People of our Rights, Liberties, and Right to Property. Corporations and Big Business in this Country and Elsewhere in the World use their Money, Power and influence through Lobbyist's to control the economic markets, our health, our food, our property and our lives. Our Relatives, Co-workers, friends and acquaintances through lack of education or attitudes attack our Rights, Liberties, and Rights to Property on a daily basis also.

2. Are there forces here and abroad that want us blindfolded to our duties as Americans?

It's pretty plain as the nose on your face. Look in the Newspapers, CNN, MSNBC, etc., and see each and everyday where they want you to be controlled by the Mass Media whom are owned by Powerful and Rich Corporate people whom all they care about is their purse-strings. Look to the Medical Community and their non-profit organizations and ask yourself some basic questions (Why hasn't a cure for Cancer, Heart-Disease, AIDS, etc. been found?). Pretty simple really. They like the money trickling in, in huge sums. Look to the Foreign Coutries who want our Tax dollars over their benefiting themselves and not really their own people. How about the United Nations and their wanting to decide our Fate on Global Warming or our choice to choose what our Vitamin/Mineral intake is going to be through Codex Alimentarius. Government officials here who wish to keep us in the dark about our Rights. Even though Common Sense would dictate that Texting or Emailing while Driving is not appropriate, The Federal Government told the States to Create A law to make it illegal or face losing 25% of their Highway Funding. Guess what the States will do? No Government official will protect your Rights. Not when money is at stake! Religious Communities will pull the strings on your Liberties, such as drinking, smoking, gambling, etc. to make you tow the line. Educational Institutions will teach your children what the State or Federal Government wants them to learn, not what is truly important. Each day that goes by, just look in the newspapers and on the news and open your minds and your ears and your eyes and think ands say to yourself? Could this be stripping away at our Rights and Liberties?

3. Is there a Master Plan to overthrow our Constitution and Bill of Rights?

I believe there is! Each and everyday I see or hear someone (personally or on the news) whom through actions or words subverts our Rights and Liberties. Watch C-SPAN and see our Elected Leaders in Action through word of Mouth or in Legislations (Laws) bending the law to suit themselves or States Right's, Not our's.
Their are forces at work everyday that want our Constitution overthrown and our Right's thrown out. They are working right now for the North American Union (A Union of Canada-Mexico and the United States). Eventually, unless we act soon, we will be under a Dictatorship. History repeats itself. Don't believe me! Read the Atrocities of England against the Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence and see for yourselves.

4. Have we already been taken over by the Domestic Enemy?

A good question. No! Not Yet! When you see Government strip the people of their Right to Bear Arms, than be prepared for the worst. Only when the people are armed do we still have the ability to preserve our freedoms. When they are gone, so will our Rights and Liberties. I do not believe in bloodshed, but to use it only as a last resort. So far, Townhall meetings have upset sone elected leaders. We need to put all of them behind the eightball. Make them accountable for their actions, not reward them with pensions and perks. Maybe for some, Shower them with Tar and Feathers if it fits, or a whipping.

5. Is the Domestic Enemy Winning?

Each day that goes by our Rights and Liberties are being shredded piece by piece. It is only a matter of time unless we stand up to these power-mongers. Benjamin Franklin once said, "Democracy is a lamb and two wolves deciding what to have for lunch, Liberty is a well armed lamb contesting the outcome." Thomas Jefferson once said, "He believed that the Majority should have it's say, but to be correct, the Judiciary should carefully guard over the minority because the majority can be oppressive." The Founders of this Country knew about oppression and tyranny. They warned us from the beginning, but Politicians, Judges, Lawyer's, Banker's and wealthy people looked to subvert it by whatever means they could. The Answer today is Yes and No.

6. What can we do as Active Duty Military men and woman, veteran's, Military Retiree's, and the rest of the Constitutional people of this great Country?

Educate yourselves and your family about the Constitution of this Country, and the State you live in. Tell your friends, co-workers, and relatives we must preserve our Constitution and Rights for ourselves and our children and our grandchildren. Stand up to local officials (Law Enforcement, Judges, Politicians) and tell them we will not allow you to subvert our Rights through Contract, or other Laws that deny's or impairs our Rights. Write or Call Elected Federal Officials. Tell them to read every piece of legislation before signing it and bring it to their Constituents for a vote. Do not let them make this decision for you. Tell them to adhere to their Oath of Office or face Penalties, Fines, or Imprisonment. They work for us, not us for them. Don't let Judges use Statutory Law to minimize your rights. If they do. Get a movement going to have them fired. Including the Police. Make them recognize all of our Rights, Liberties and Right's to Property. Not what they feel they are. We may not like another persons liberties, but we must realize, if we take away or attack theirs; then, they will come after ours. We took an Oath as Individuals. Therefore, it is our duty to stand up to them. I can't force each of you to do your duty, don't interfere in me doing mine. You can call me a Constitutionalist, that's okay. Because that is what I am! It has to mean something. Remember this, A domestic Enemy will say you can't do this or that, or a Law or Right means this or that. A Government Official will tell you he or she is doing their duty but it's not okay for you to do yours. So next time they say their doing their duty, ask them, "Would you like me to do Mine?" Or if They say your a "Constitutionalist", Say to them, "You must be a Domestic Enemy!" Even some of our Law Enforcement personnel know this phrase. Some of them are veterans.

In Summary, There are forces throughout this world that would like to enslave each and every man, woman and child for their own self-gratifying desires. They desire wealth, and power. We must put aside our Racial Bigotry, our Religious Ideology, our Political Philosophy and our Biased Opinions so that we may come together as Americans. They are already doing it in other Country's. It won't be long before they do it here. The time to act is now. The time to be strong is now. The time to be American is NOW!!!
