Obama to be brought down by the law of unintended consequences?
59Obama's downfall
During the third week of May, 2009, Obama was jetting around the United States, making speeches and accepting degrees. Meanwhile, the U.S. dollar lost over 3% of its value, unemployment totaled over 6 million people, thousand more Americans lost their jobs, and news was circulating that U.S. government bonds will be discounted, making them difficult to sell without raising interest rates considerably.
Obama may have graduated from Harvard, but apparently he never learned that the "law of unintended consequences" was gathering steam around his administration. What the "law" teaches is usually disregarded by politicians who put their own interests ahead of the citizens. Now everything Obama touches shows signs of collapse, especially the tax and spend philosophy that he shares with the Democrats.
Being created out of the machine politics of Chicago, where the population usually meekly accepted what was denied or given to them, Obama ignored the TEA parties that took place on April 15the with his usual arrogance. Did the revolt against more taxes in California recently be an indication of a consequences of the hundreds of thousands of people who gathered across the United States protesting Obama's taxing and spending programs?
Even though Obama and the Democrats have created a $11 trillion dollar debt in just the first four months of 2009, they continue with their tax and spend programs. Meanwhile, China has slowed down the purchase of U.S. government bonds and will, in all probability, stop completely soon as the dollar decreases in value almost daily. Obama learned nothing from the Carter presidency, which brought stagnation and inflation that went up to 21%. Some economists are predicting that it is just a matter of time that Americans are caught in the same economic web.
In foreign affairs, China, Iran, and Russia have become stronger and more belligerent, not succumbing to Obama charm. Because he so easily fooled the American voting public about who and what he was, Obama thought the European Union would do the same. He came back empty handed with a reputation of not being able to stop talking once he started.
When Obama won the presidency, those who voted for him were beguiled by his celebrity status, his eloquent speeches and but paid no attention to his past that exposed him as inept, economically ignorant, and a know-nothing when it came to foreign policy.
As Americans begin to see the unintended consequences of their folly in choosing Obama as the candidate during the Democrats primary election for president, as his failures are exposed, almost daily, as America continues on the road to economic collapse, there is another law to be remembered:
Newton's Third Law "For every action, there is an equal (in size) and opposite (in direction) reaction force."

MY inner Jew--as Abe Lincoln said, you can fool some of the people some of the time, and Obama did a good job of hoodwinking the people who voted for him. He doesn't look so happy anymore as when he was pulling the wool over the eyes of voters. Just wait until his supporters get their utility bills with increases from $200-$300 a month.
