Okay, we have a great recipe for blueberry crisp and here' it is!
Great for summer!
Better with ice cream!

- 7 ½ Cups blueberries
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/3 C brown sugar, packed
- 2 T flour
- 1 C flour
- 2/3 C sugar
- 1/3 C brown sugar, packed
- ¼ t salt
- 2/3 C oats - quick cooking
- 1 stick butter
Use a 9 x 13 pan.
ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS:
Spray pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine:
- 7 1/2 Cups blueberries
zest of ½ orange
1/3 Cup granulated sugar
1/3 Cup brown sugar (packed)
2 Tbsp flour
Toss well to combine. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
In a small bowl, place:
- 1 Cup flour
- 2/3 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2/3 Cup oats
Stir to combine. Using a plastic knife, cut 1 stick of butter into small chunks, placing them in the bowl with the flour/sugar. Use your fingers to work the butter into the flour mixture. Continue working until the butter is pea sized and the mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbly topping evenly on over the blueberry mixture.
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake, uncovered, 30 - 45 minutes or until the top is browned and crisp and the juices are bubbly. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator and reheat in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes, until warm.
