A Network Marketing business is no different than any other business. It has the same basic fundamentals that a brick and mortar business does.

There are two factors that keep the majority of Network Marketers from being successful in their business:

1. They Don't Treat It Like A Business. Remember it's your business - not your company's or your upline's. You are the one responsible for its success.

2. Training - most Network Marketers try to build a business without any knowledge of even basic business marketing.

Do you think that an athlete would tryout for or participate in the Olympics without first training for their event? Not only do they train - but they train for years - everyday - week-after-week, month-after-month.

They train for years just to have the opportunity to participate in a few weeks of athletic competition.

Yet a Network Marketer will start a business, which can provide a life of leisure to them and their family for the rest of their lives, and attempt to do so with little - if any - training.

Then after eight, ten, or twelve weeks they will proclaim that Network Marketing doesn't work.

An Olympic athlete trains for years just to have a few moments of glory. While most Network Marketers won't get off their buttocks to train for a lifestyle they have always dreamed of.

Go Figure!

Every coach has an obligation to tell their client; be it sports, business, the arts, science, exactly what they need to do to prepare and participate in their field of endeavor.
