As a passionate person who want to go higher in education, I seek different resources and preferences to find the best schooling or the best place for my limited time education. My desire is to go a little more upper to a Ph.D in some sort of education where the world recognize the value of the certificate.

There are many universities and institutions that promise to offer a quality education to its students after graduation from their universities but actually most of them try to build their business credibilities and attracting more student because they want to get the benefit of their business from running the university education.

That is why you can see many universities in different part of the world lately but in truth the quality is completely awe full. For example, some university offer the bachelor degree education in a few define subjects for certain type of faculties by registering their institution name with one of the local education agent called to be recognized by them. When the school term start, of course, they have lecturers to give lecture and practical to students because they received the payment from those students. After for awhile the process of running the university seem like cannot compete with other quality universities anymore then it starts to slow down the way that they suppose to support students and teachers etc. In a few years these kind of universities start to go bankrupt and then the name of the university fade away.

Sadly, for those who graduated from this university lost their identity and even get the blame from the company they work with or ban from any kind of jobs. So this mean they don't have the job opportunity or completing with other at all after their graduation because of their school name is not existed anymore. Sad, because if something like this happen there will be more and more population are going to be jobless.

Other reason is the university seem don't care so much about the education quality both public and private universities because it is good enough for them if they can make money from the student. And this idea is completely not a modern thinking that all and completely not a business person too. Because soon the future of these kind of universities will run to the same point link the above issue mentioned.

In the past few months, I was trying to seek information for my higher education and I found a few local universities offer sort of interesting education but not sure how it works. It seems so new for me in Cambodia that the higher education just birth in several years and now there are plenty of student get their MA, MBA etc. It kind of running over with bunch of applicants when their are job opening due to less job market or not enough job for all the graduated students. Especially it is the pain for the fresh graduated student because they don't have any experience after school so they have to suffer for awhile before they get a job or some of them just go back to their homeland to continue do their parent business or other type of business that they effort it. 99% of the student will not have enough capital to start their own business.

I once try to search different information from online degree certificate and it was very interesting one too because I don't have much time since I am a full time worker for one non-profit organization here in Phnom Penh. Talking to different people to gain more ideas and information of how the process of online study will be like and how powerful it is. After for awhile I heard different ideas of advantages and disadvantages from different people.

As I knew some people here got their online credit from the developed countries but when they show the prove and want to continue their higher education with the certificate they have it is not working for the education system in Cambodia yet. It said that the online education from these universities from the developed countries is not good and the online learners cannot have enough knowledge equally as those to went to a proper school for their study and that is why they don't consider them as their candidate for higher education.

I am not so sure yet about what is going on because I don't have this kind of online certificate to prove and when I talk to a few school what If i were to receive a certificate for online degree will they accept it. But the answer from the reception is not so clear and most of them they said they don't know "don't know" showing that they don't have much experience interaction with online study yet in Cambodia. And I believe it is true for us here in our country.

So probably, I have to choose one of the university here to continue my higher education. I wish I will earn a PhD degree sometime in the near future.
