- Organic Aloe Vera and Candida Albican Yeast Part IV.
You now know that the Candida Albican thing is a normal part of your intestinal flora. It's all around and we'll never be able to get rid of it completely. And as a matter of fact, you don't want too....
Candida Albicans is flurishing on your diet of sugar
In the past articles we have talked about this thing, the yeast /Candida Albicans connection. We now have become aware of the yeast/Candida connection and the many conditions known to be connected. I'll just mention a few of the well known ones for now.
Starting with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, fibromyalgia, allergies, premenstrual syndrome, endometriosis, Vaginitis, cystitis, infertility, loss of libido and the list go on …most people don't really understand how serious a Candida overgrowth can damage their overall health.
And now to add to the fire…
…the Candida mycotoxins are showing up with heart disease, hyperlipidemia, cancer, gout, autoimmune disease and many other related degenerative diseases. Soooo, as you can see, almost each and every day of your life …whether feeling good or bad, can be related to the ratio of yeast/ Candida in you system. That's the main reason I spend so much of my time on this subject.
You see …you'll never get rid of Candida completely…
…that's not the intention here. You just need to know that you have to learn how to control it. And the best way to control it is to begin with your diet.
Help your body out by putting in the good food and taking away the bad food. Let's begin with some of the bad food that should be eliminated. Candida thrives on sugar …all kinds of sugar. That's the big one you need to know about …whether it's from milk or fruit …sugar is not good!
Get rid of it…
…and avoid all foods high in sugar; fruit, fruit juice, fermented foods, beer, wine, diary products, white bread, grains, red meat, animal fat, butter, milk, nuts, seeds, and all sugar shack and refined foods. These foods feed the yeast/Candida, big time!
The better choice…
… would be, eat more fish, fish oils, garlic, onions, olives, olive oil, vegetables, herbs, spices, soy, yogurt, phylum, pectin, flax seed and one of the best foods is raw sauerkraut. Try eating about six to eight ounces of raw sauerkraut everyday is a good natural way to control Candida and a yeast infection. Increasing your intake of fiber will reduce the impact of the mycotoxins in your system.
Don’t forget your aloe vera juice…
Add to that, my recommendation of our ProEnzyme (probiotic) and complex-50 plus (super antioxidant) and of course drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of the "best tasting aloe" everyday.
And of course ...know your supplier.

So it is you again Chaser4 ...you are always chasing the business ...on top of things. I like that!
Thanks for the referral ...good job!
Let's tell the world!! My best to you!
That's an interesting hub, I didn't know that all of those conditions were connected to a candida overgrowth. Thanks!
Thank you for your comment Moon Daisy. Many people do not realize what the overgrowth of Candida Albicans can do to you system. We urge people to watch their diet ...get rid of the refined foods and sugar and by all means eat "clean food". And what does that mean ...foods that are free of hormones, antibiotics, preservatives and pesticides. Kind of makes one wonder ..."what do I eat?"
My best to you and your health ..please come by again!
For those of you that have not evaluated your tired feelings and mood swings that you blame on just holiday rush ...please take a look at your diet for the last 30 days and see if it is different than what your would normally eat or drink. Ask your self if this could be the reason I am feeling so blue and depressed. Don't just think the doctor always has an instant fix ...listen to your body and take note of your eating habits. Candida Albicans overgrowth can creep up on you with excessive drinking and eating of the wrong things ...especially rich diets and please let us add STRESS to the pile.
Take note and my best to your health!!
