Organic Beauty, Acne? Bananas, Yogurt, and Honey will clear you up yummily.
70Acne Solution in your kitchen!
Wait... STOP! Don't even reach into your wallet or purse for another dime to burn on another product promising to clear up your acne. Most products that claim to heal acne and other pimples actually do the opposite of what your skin actually needs...
What causes acne?
(Oily skin... duh)
But here's the catch, how does your skin get oily? When your skin is dry it attempts to over compensate by producing excess sebum (or oil) to hydrate it, causing pimples and acne. In essance most products used to treat acne dry the skin attempting to get rid of the oils, and although they may be a short term solution they do not get to the cause of the problem- that your skin is actually DRY and you are over drying it by these harsh products.
So try this, this is what you'll need: a banana peel, a few teaspoons of honey, and a cup of plain yogurt. Blend in a mixer or food processor and apply all over your face and neck, add honey if you need a thicker consistancy. Leave it on for as long as you can take it, at least 20-30 minutes and don't worry if it drips onto your lips! It's highly edible :)
After you rinse with a lukewarm washcloth (don't rub, it will irritate your skin!) make sure you moisturize with an oil free moisturizer...
I recommend it be done once a week until your skin begins to clear up and then every other week or once a month.
Enjoy! More to come soon.. stay tuned!

ive been doing this and it really works. but instead of the oil free mosturizer i use baby lotion (:
Wow, never heard of this, sounds like it is worth a try
I absolutely love this the Made from Earth Green Tea Toxin cleanser! I had been using the AcneFree Severe Acne Treatment System however, I do not feel the system is designed for prolonged use. Recently though my break-outs were horrible and my skin was over-producing oil. I tried switching makeup and then cleansers (I tried Purpose and Neutrogena Oil Free), but neither of these worked. So I then switched to the Made from Earth Toxin Cleanser (Green Tea). It honestly has worked miracles for me. I use it in conjunction with the Rooibos Face Detox from Made from Earth (only 2-3 times a week because its so strong!) and my face has never looked better. My face is NEVER oily now which is a complete turn-a-round. This product can be a little drying so you may need/want to use a moisturizer (I can't use moisturizers because they cause my skin to break out). If you struggle with oily, acne-prone skin you may want to give the Green Tea Toxin cleanser a try. It was definitely the right move for me!

Just mooshing up a banana and putting it on trouble spots will do wonders! It clears up my skin dramatically the same day! It's because banana is antibacterial! :)
Smashing up a piece of banana with a little milk works wonders!
You can put it on like a mask at night, then rinse off in the morning.
The banana is an antibactera and the milk moisturizes.
okay well i have this banana thing on my face now.
i hope it works.
cause i just got like five weird scars/ance on my chin.
and its red and dry.
i dont know what it is though.
help?
I started using the Made from Earth Vitamin Enhanced MOISTURZIER when Made from Earth first came on the market years ago. There are two specific reasons why I continue to use it.
I am sensitive to cosmetic product smells and perfumes - I can only use chemical and fragrence free - it certainly does not make my eyes water - and its ability to be absorbed by the skin without leaving a residue, or greasy feeling. Some skin products have left my face dried out even though labeled as "moisturizers". The Made from Earth Moisturizer has this wonderful 'cool' feeling to it.
A $70.00 jar lasts 6 months - do the math. Some over the counter skin products cost over $30.00 and Made from Earth products on the whole, are fiscally sound purchases for those looking for a bargain.
