Organized Stalking - Quelling Dissent

Imagine going about your life, and one day you notice that you've been starting to get a statistically disproportionate number of wrong number calls on your phone. Nearly all of your neighbors suddenly get louder, even purchasing equipment (leaf-blowers, basketball gear for the driveway, car alarms and whatever else they can think of) that all has one thing in common - it's loud - and they use it all hours of the day... even regularly taking shifts so that there's no peace and quiet from early morning till late at night. Traffic spikes sharply upward right outside your door, and people are always parking right outside, slamming their car doors, and chirping their brand spanking new car alarms that they suddenly all decided to rush out and get. When you go out, there seem to be more people around you on the street than usual. Wherever you go, strangers around you begin coughing more often. Clearing their throat around you more ("heh-HEMM!") unnecessarily loudly... and about once a minute. Statistically improbable numbers of total strangers around you whistling mindlessly - and tunelessly. The volume of strangers talking and laughing around you goes way, way up. In public, people in your peripheral vision seem to make a point of shaking their legs, tapping their feet, and even crossing their legs and jiggling their raised foot frenetically at the ankle... so that whatever you're doing, they break your concentration. People around you gesticulating wildly in conversation and even slapping themselves on the thigh repeatedly, hard enough to produce a really loud slapping noise, and continuing their conversation as if totally unaware of it. Many of the people you encounter and have to deal with in public life get ruder and ruder, and strangers around you start getting into loud arguments with each other wherever you go, while others will start interrupting you for seemingly normal reasons ("Do you know what time it is?" "Do you know how to get to _____ ?") but it will be a sharp increase beyond what is statistically normal... and day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, this bizarre jackassery just keeps happening.

This is organized stalking, and targets of it encounter scenarios like this every day. What would ordinarily be "lifes normal breaks", or simple bad luck, or encountering the occasional rude or thoughtless person instead reach a level that is too high to be explained in terms like that. I know this because I am a target of organized stalking, and have been for years. While it hasn't received a lot of attention yet from mainstream media, it's beginning to surface on the internet and independent news sources are beginning to carry the story. Because it isn't widely reported or acknowledged, and because of its seemingly coincidental effects, targets of organized stalking are often regarded with skepticism when they tell others about the problem, even in many cases enforcement personnel. And althought the problem has been going on in cities and suburbs for at least two decades, and the U.S. justice system has enacted legislation against one-on-one stalking, it has singularly disregarded the problem of organized stalking, in which an organized group of seemingly unrelated strangers are working as one to stalk as a lone stalker would - and go further, to harrass the target and sabotage all areas of their life.

See one target's testimonial

One courageous, intelligent target in New York tells her story while homeless, recording from a public library. Click here to open the video in a new window.

Riches to rags

Peace and quiet becomes impossible to achieve, in the target's own home or anywhere else. Stress levels increase on a daily basis. Sleep is disrupted. Sometimes, break-ins and personal thefts occur. One target of organized stalking went so far as to sell their house and move, only to find that the problems moved with them into their new neighborhood shortly after getting settled in. Small, sparsely-trafficked suburban instreets where the target lives gradually become high-traffic areas... on the corner where I lived, the city eventually installed a Yield sign due to the increase. Employers find reasons to fire targets of organized stalking, presumably due to whatever motivating forces caused their neighbors to take part in the harassment. Steady work becomes impossible for the target, and with it the ability to pay steady expenses like rent. Homelessness is often the result, opening broad new vistas of opportunity for ongoing harassment against the target, as they have nowhere to go to get away from it. Medical and dental expenses become impossible to pay for. The target's experiences of organized stalking are engineered to resemble delusions, paranoia and persecution complexes. We may never know how many targets of organized stalking have resorted to suicide, after being cast aside by the people around them as just another homeless nutcase.

Target catches stalkers with camcorder

These are casualties in a silent war. Organized stalking was once conducted by the KKK against African-Americans in the South. Since then, the CIA has conducted it in their MK Ultra program, and the FBI's own program of covert harassment against progressives, civil rights activists and otherwise outspoken individuals - including Martin Luther King - is called COINTELPRO. Many believe that although COINTELPRO was officially ended in April 1971, it has simply gone underground under that or a different project name. With so many secret government projects we may never know for certain, but this hypothesis is corroborated by my own experience - many of those I've met who have mentioned also being the targets of organized stalking have seemed to hit the profile for "troublemaker" in only one area: their research of the common law American political structure, commonly referred to as "sovereign citizenship". If this is the case, then their harassment by any government or private organization would necessarily be treason. It would also explain the failure of the U.S. justice system to recognize organized stalking and enact legislation against it - as well as provide an ample motive for this behavior. It used to be that anyone who was too politically inconvenient could be thrown into a psychological ward, labelled insane, and let them spend the rest of their life trying to clear themselves of the label and regain their freedom. With the advent of the internet and the potential for a free flow of information to greater numbers of people, it is apparently more cost-effective or less politically risky to decimate their lives - at least until the U.S. brings its troops home and begins using them to forcefully quell dissent by using them to replace local law enforcement officers, the legislation for which Bush has already signed.

From there, it's just a hop, skip and a jump to martial law, and relocating dissenters to detention and death camps which Homeland Security has already built.

Ralph Wiggum, poster child for what society's citizens will look like after organized stalking has weeded out intelligent people who are actively striving to make the world a better place.

For-hire stalking

But while it's easy to blame government, private for-hire organized stalking groups will evidently perform this disservice for anyone. It's been said that in America, the rest of your life is pretty much like high school. When anyone sufficiently rich has the ability to hire these groups to decimate the lives of anyone who has crossed them, this becomes even more the case. People used to complain about having one law for the rich and another for the poor, today it would seem that there is no law for the rich, while all are directed against the poor - and given the propensity for anyone to be middle-classed one day and be homeless with their life decimated the next, the definition of rich and poor is redefined as who can most effectively serve the political and economic forces in charge the best, while selling their soul the fastest. This is the way we rather casually devolve from a society of laws, to life as a combination whorehouse and game preserve. And all it takes is your collective indifference. Targets of organized stalking are, therefore, the scapegoats of the collective apathy and disinterest of everyone around them, and while pundits and politicians filibuster, lambast and make facile photo ops and talking points on the news about who is more patriotic than whom, people are going down. I've said before on HubPages that it's as if we're living in a blender, and some maniac (or about six billion of them) is progressively pressing the next-highest setting. This is part of what I'd meant - and I'd like to take the opportunity to withdraw the idea that the imagery is just an abstract metaphor.

Organized stalking is by no means limited to the U.S.. It's going on in the UK, and doubtless in other purportedly civilized countries as well. The idea that at least two first-world countries seem to have gone to the same seminar is a little disappointing. Different organized stalking groups apparently use different signals to their targets, as well. The point of organized stalking is to let the target know they are being intentionally stalked and harassed, so after moving in on the target they will establish repeated signals which the target will come through experience to associate with the stalkers. They can be entirely arbitrary - for example, laptops. People with laptops will suddenly start showing up everywhere around the target everywhere they go, with a high enough incidence that for it to be a normal, everyday occurance would be essentially impossible - particularly with all the harassment going on around the target at the same time. After a few months, the stalkers may gradually stop placing people with laptops around the target, but the psychological association will remain - whenever the target sees someone on a laptop, it will act as a psychological trigger, and the target will very likely infer that that person is part of the stalking group. These psychological triggers will accumulate for the target as more and more are added, and function pretty much like triggers left from ordinary domestic abuse - because organized stalking is a form of persecution and abuse.

High tech reindeer games

With technology available today, these reindeer games get even easier to play. Listening in on the target's activities at home is simple; they sell somewhat expensive devices to the public that will bounce a laser off of someone's window, and sounds inside will vibrate against the glass, which the the laser will pick up and translate back into sound. (These can be defeated not with tinfoil, but by going down to the pet shop and picking up a few air bubblers made for aquariums. You remove the tube, tape it to the windowpane, and plug it in. The vibrations set up on the glass by the bubbler are more than enough to drown out the smaller vibrations created by talking.) There are also a number of technologies out there that will let someone see through walls, usually involving bouncing a signal through the wall and getting image data back, similar to radar. Firemen have been using a device like this for years, designed to scan the contents of a house through the walls so that the firemen would know exactly what's where inside before they rush in through all the smoke and falling building. I've had stalkers consistently react not only to what was said inside the house, but also what was physically, silently done - even with the windows blocked.

Other targets assert that they've been made to experience pain, even leaving physical burn marks on the skin. Some have reported having their limbs moved against their will, even in their sleep, and others have reported hearing voices inside their heads, complete with the fidelity and kind of background noises you'd get with an ordinary microphone. While none of these have happened to me, there are plenty of pain generators available to the public, and there's no telling what other well-funded technologies exist within this dysfunctional Orwellian nightmare.

Resources for targets

If you find yourself the target of organized stalking there are some things you can do about it. Most of the research I've done suggests that going to the authorities doesn't work, and for whatever reason that seems to be the case I don't have any information one way or the other on that, since I haven't tried it. I have read of one target of organized stalking who found that after he went out and bought a gun, they left him alone. I've been out of the system by choice for over a decade, so the ability for me to acquire a permit is negligable. Other targets have caught their stalkers on camera - checking eBay for a used camcorder might not be the worst idea in the world, particularly if you're still at the point where your income stream hasn't been sabotaged. If you're metaphysically inclined, you also have other resources. The Lesser Key of Solomon, also known as the Theurgia Goetia, is like a little phone directory of demons - some of whom slay men, and you don't even need to know their address or social security numbers. Additionally, you can learn to run a high amount of Reiki energy - a form of divine healing energy - that has the additional and very practical effect of activating the body's own glands that produce natural opiates. With practice you can learn to do this in an eyes-open state throughout your daily life, and find yourself only minimally-affected by the harassment - being affected is necessarily a subjective thing, after all. And there are, of course, all kinds of metaphysical means by which you can route the karma of those involved right back to them. After a careful examination of the world, though, you may in fact come to the conclusion that this is reduntant. What we really need, of course, is a solution to the broken system we're all living in, but people have been making quite a collective and concerted effort towards apathy on that count. And ultimately, that's why neither being the target of organized stalking nor anything else in the world can significantly affect me internally - when you're living in a blender, beyond a certain point it doesn't really matter what setting it's on, or what your quality of life is like... it's all so far below par that it's unacceptable. That being said, I can pass on a bit of advice for those newly suffering from this recent instance of societal breakage - foam earplugs don't work well enough for something like this. You can get yourself a relatively cheap pair of around-the-ear headphones at Radio Shack and turn them up quite high, at which point you'll only have to worry about the peripheral visual distractions and tactile stuff like people drumming on your table and bumping into you and so on. You can also go to an art store and buy kneadable artist's eraser very cheaply - it will actually mold itself to conform to the insides of your ear, and block the noises out that much better. Be careful not to re-use it a lot, as it can gum up your ears for months if it starts to mix with a lot of ear wax. But other than that, it can allow you to block out the daily distractions and nightly sleep-depriving noises.

And then you patiently wait for society to finish decimating itself, and contemplate the immortality of the soul. You have a look at where society is headed, and blink at its tendancy to suppress the symptoms of the problem rather than solve the problem - even when the symptoms are just living, breathing people who are researching how to make the system work rather than implode. Now would be a good time to take up philosophy, religion, spirituality, metaphysics. You'll have plenty of time on your hands, when you're out on the street with your life decimated. Where to spend that time in a way that's worthwhile, while stuck in a society that's literally eating itself up from the inside, becomes the question... but then it always was, wasn't it? How much more worthwhile was it to sit in a living room watching mind-melting reality shows before all this came into your life? The cost of living has gone way, way up, and the quality of life has gone way, way down. It's now a tedious, penny-ante poker game, and all society is doing at the moment is upping the stakes to human lives. In a dead-end world, there really isn't anything more that can be taken away from you - particularly without increasing the karmic debt of those who build successful lives in shallow, meaningless terms by encroaching against you - and destroying society with a secret war against private citizens. When a society throws away the lives of its more capable, intelligent, civic-minded citizens, the resulting soul- and brain-drain means that there really isn't anything a target needs to do individually to put a stop to it; society will come to a screeching halt all on its own.

Lord of Light by Roger Zelazny

A brilliant and slyly entertaining novel that shows what happens when Powers That Be oppress a world - and what happens when someone sets up a countercurrent. See my write-up on it for more information.

The Game (1997) Michael Douglas, Sean Penn

In a somewhat thinly-veiled Hollywood allegory, Michael Douglas plays a rich executive who finds himself the target of organized stalking - complete with a lot of the head-games involved. Violence and action aside, it actually depicts a fairly accurate portrayal of the organized stalking experience. Good renting for anyone who'd like to find out what organized stalking is like.

The Net (1995) Sandra Bullock, Jeremy Northam, Dennis Miller

Hollywood again finds its thriller movies an excellent vehicle for nudging Americans into paranoia when Sandra Bullock finds herself caught in The Net, showing how "life's normal breaks" can be engineered to destroy a life - and even take over someone's identity. The technology of the modern world is twisted for evil ends, all because Sandra Bullock's character has information - in this case, computer data - that They don't want her to have. The Net demonstrates how much of our modern security in society - our public identity, our finances, our medical treatment, and our criminal records - can be altered with just a few keystrokes by the wrong people.

You know, my first reaction to this was, this is kind of paranoid. But thinking about it more carefully, I think, well, maybe it's not paranoid enough. It's been close to a decade here that it's been possible to Google a satellite shot of your own rooftop, and you've got to think that, if that is possible on Google for chrissakes, much more is possible off the grid. My first husband was an FBI agent. He started as a translator though, listening in on tapped phones at foreign embassies. That was back in the 70s, and they had whole departments of 15K language employees just listening to diplomats order booze and talk about their girlfriends.

So here we are thirty years later with an even scarier government in power, and you have to wonder what the freaks are up to these days. We know it isn't good, and it's certainly more sophisticated than phone tapping. This is a good hub, and one that probably won't get the attention it deserves. Thank for writing it.

Thanks, Pam. I was downtown waiting at a bus stop one night after clubbing, when I noticed the same care had driven past me about five times. When I asked someone else at the bus stop about it, he agreed with and confirmed my suspicions. I left the bus stop and found the car, and others, following me. Since I knew the area pretty well, and was on foot, I took some pedestrian-only alleyways to lose them. When one of their cars would pass me, they'd let out a sequence of beeps to alert their cohorts, always the same number of beeps, and then they'd swarm past me, back and forth, up and down the road wherever I was walking. I decided to walk home instead, taking all kinds of inroads, doubling back and so on, even taking a creek just to throw them. I couldn't lose them - and when I'd hide behind a bush, it would take them about twenty to thirty minutes to send a pedestrian over... and shortly after, there'd be a sequence of beeps in the distance and the cars would be back. They ended up harassing me for years.

It's all about silencing dissent, so that a broken system can go on breaking itself further. And it's a resultant of the collective acts of apathy and mindless self-indulgence of the vast majority of citizens the world over. People, your apathy has a literal body-count. It also undermines quality of life for yourself and others until there's literally no point to living - for anyone. It's just the thin end of the wedge for the New Totalitarianism that the media references, using Repulicans and conservatives as euphemisms. This society is currently like an epileptic bull in a china shop, and people are buying it. I want people to know exactly what it is they're buying. And I wanted a page I could refer people in my life to, to make explaining the situation easier. Hopefully it will be of value to others as well.

If other targets of organized stalking want to share their experiences, I'd be up for compiling them into a collaboratively-written book - hit the Contact Satori button and message me about it. There are also a ton of internet options for promoting change on this issue - if people are interested, I'd love to apply them. You're probably right, this article isn't likely to get a lot of attention, and many citizens will go through life blithely ignorant of the problem. Now that you mention it, there are a ton of benevolent cause sites out there, such as PledgeBank and YourCause, that could bring about some good. I'd like to try to find some ways to use HubPages in combination with benevolent social networking sites and activism planning sites to bring about some good. It won't make my life meaningful, but it's about as good a way as any to waste my time in this broken system. Thanks for bringing the problem to the fore of my mind - once I see the problem, I can address it.

I read this hub last night, and got up to find reports on Daily Kos of 'pre-emptive strikes' by county police on protestors at the Republican National Convention. Keep in mind that the protestors are separated from the convention--they are nowhere near it, and are inside a holding area. The police spent three hours holding Wiccan protestors at gun point while looking for explosives by searching each person. They had no explosives. If they did have explosives, they could blow up themselves, that's it. Even the Demoncratice Convention had police in military vehicles riding around in riot gear with assault rifles. I believe 'pre-emptive strikes' on peaceful protest groups are what in better days most people would call harassment.

Ah, a photo op by the New Totalitarianism. A "pre-emptive strike" is a term used in warfare, not properly used against one's own citizens. Particularly when a government is charged with securing the rights of its citizenry, not the least of which is the freedom to peacably assemble. When it doesn't, government is actually liable under law - whether or not it upholds that law. The New Totalitarianism is joyriding around, piggybacked on the media just like some kind of New York carjacker, and using Republicans and conservatives as euphemisms for those people it claims as its own. Which is an atrocity and arguably a conspiracy of treason - but what else is new? People's apathy is rather conveniently allowing groups like this to break the political, social and economic systems of the world, and as they continue to break one of the goals is to generate more apathy - until it can get its foot in the door enough to generate fear... and then, an overt takeover by force to make the scenario complete. Completely broken, that is.

We've had cases of plainclothes officers sauntering through a peaceful public protest, spraying mace surreptitiously into the eyes of the protesters. No warrant, no nothing. In other cases, plainclothes officers have gone to civil activism meetings as new members, throwing in all kinds of outrageous, over-the-top, violent suggestions about courses of action the group should take. While the group of course rejected these ideas, legitimate new members were given the impression their first time their that this was what the group was like, sabotaging the inflow of new members as well as the meeting itself.

And it's all done with your money. Bush has already signed legislation to the tune of "if I say local police aren't doing their jobs, I can swap them out with soldiers at any time". So local police serve at the whimsy and favor of whoever makes it into the White House. The only solution is to stop feeding the beast - research the law, learn whether you're actually lawfully required to pay your taxes, and if you come to the reasoned conclusion that you're not, DON'T! It's hurting people, and it's breaking society now that those running the system are following an agenda 180 degrees off from what works.

The alternative, of course, is to fund human torture, a conspiracy of treason, and all kinds of things that violate even the Geneva Conventions. A body of otherwise ordinary citizens are mindlessly funding this monster, and as its starting to emerge people are starting to ask each other where in the world it came from. Gee. I wonder.

Oh, and last night after reading your comment, I went to PledgeBank and made this:

http://www.pledgebank.com/Vigilance

I'd appreciate it if people who were willing would sign on to it. It takes five people to sign before it will hit PledgeBank's listings. An interesting experiment in internet activism - and I'll probably end up writing an article telling other writers how to use it for civil rights activism if it works. Thanks for giving me the idea, Pam!

I went ahead and signed the pledge for you (I hope--I think I did, if it didn't 'take' or something let me know and I'll sign it.) I find this whole trend beyond disturbing. I'm not convinced people are complacent--I think many people are complacent but many just don't realize what is going on. The media are all corporately owned now, so they aren't going to find out what is really happening unless they make a special effort to find out, or unless they are involved in an incident themselves.

I don't mind paying taxes. I mind the way they are being used. I still think the system can work when it is followed, but the Neocons are doing an end run around it and have been for eight years now. I think they should all be tried for treason but I don't think a trial will happen unless it's a world court trying them for war crimes. At this point impeachment seems like a joke--even if it were on the table it isn't nearly severe enough.

I honestly don't know what I'm going to do. I like Obama and will vote for him. I know his ideas are not radical compared to yours, but I do trust he will make serious reforms if elected. Whether or not he will be elected, and what the country will look like if he isn't, these are scary questions. Right now I'm appalled but it's not like I'm wielding all this power all by myself. I can write about it though. I can do that much.

Hey just thought I'd let you know that there's an article about this topic in this month's issue of "The Progressive." The ACLU is working on the case of an antiwar protester with no criminal record who suddenly showed up in a terrorist database. It turned out the state police had sent a woman to infiltrate this group (of five people!) with no criminal history, and for over a year she reported no reason for concern and no violent or criminal activity on the part of the group or the guy, and the next thing he knows he shows up in a database as a known terrorist.

It's pretty freaky, and here's the outrageous thing---With all the post-9/11 money it turns out states are all about sending spies into these groups, and for what? For the 9/11 money that's what. But now this kid has a record as a terrorist. According to the ACLU this is turning into big business for state law enforcement agencies.

I think I will gather some of this all together and do a related hub. This is freakin' horrible, seriously. I know it sounds like paranoia, but there's a surprising amoung of documentation for this. I promise I'll get together what I have and do a hub on harrassment of protest groups.

I have not heard of this but I will be looking into it. With current levels of paranoia so high about all forms of terrorism, it is not surprising that people are ratting out or ferreting out neighbors they suspect of something, anything, and that people will do such things in order to make their neighborhoods "safe" for their kind.

I am going to read a book that talks about how American is voluntarily dividing itself into neighborhoods of think-alike-look-alike neighbors. The point of the book is that this is not a good thing, with which I wholeheartedly agree.

Whethr or not this is "organized paranoia" or an actual event, I can't say based upon one hub. But I will look into it and find out more, just for the sake of my own knowledge.

Thanks for the info!

Chef Jeff, I just heard a guy on NPR who wrote a similar book! Damn I wish I could remember his name now---I would buy your book in a heartbeat by the way.

I think this topic is kind of in the vein of, "Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean people aren't really out to get me." I remember back in college my abnormal psych professor pointed out that a way-too-high percentage of diagnosed 'paranoid schizophrenics' turn out to be telling a real story. But that doesn't get discovered until they are, um, offed by the people they say are after them. Right now we know for sure that the crackdown on dissent is all out of whack with the imagined danger posed by the dissenters. Beyond that, I don't know--having been close to the FBI at one point in my life, I'd say not to reject anything out of hand, especially with these bastards in office.

Pam, who saw /that/ coming? We criminalize everything under the sun, orchestrate a policy that allows the government to reasonably call some of its citizens enemies of the state, and develop drastic measures to deal with them. Next thing you know, whoops!, ordinary - if civicly-active - citizens "accidentally" make it onto the list... and these are just the cases we've heard about. It's mighty tough to raise a public outcryif you're held incommunicado in Guantanamo. Why, we couldn't have seen this coming until as late as March of 1933, when Roosevelt ammended the dormant 1917 Trading With the Enemy Act to include U.S. citizens as "enemies". This was purportedly to stop citizens from hoarding gold after the banks had carted most of it overseas and then collapsed, leaving the country in a major muddle. The idea was that by hoarding gold, you were acting against the interests of your country - and that made you an enemy of the state. In other words, the state will declare what makes you an enemy of the state. Isn't that comforting? Particularly when we're training soldiers overseas for war in urban areas, Bush is champing at the bit to swap local police out for soldiers, and we're getting widespread secret arrests of about 30,000 people that are staying off of the news radar almost completely - even though they're the largest in the nation's history.

Good luck with your writing! You may find that Project Censored has a lot of research information.

Chef Jeff, I'm glad this information was of value to you! Do let me know if you dig up something really good, like a site that's chock-full of research data or a support group or something. I already have Raven1.net linked, and that's an amazing couple of pages.

I have never heard of this. I am amazed. The youtube vid. was very interesting. I'm a little dumbfounded, so forgive me if I don't express myself too well here. You make the point that these gang stalkers can be hired to do this to anyone. You never say what your suspicions are as to why it was happening to you, probably by design, I'm sure, but I can't help being curious. Do you have any idea? None of my business, I know. The lady on the video also doesn't say. I find this curious. Don't for one second think I believe this behavior might be justified, under any circumstances. It just seems like if it were me, I'd say somerthing like, "I don't have any clue as to why this is happening," or "I think it's happening because..." or something.

pgrundy's observation about government money doesn't surprise me. It was the same with the drug war and the ridiculous seizing of property because someone was caught with a joint. That was so obviously about money and so obviously wrong it's still amazing to me that they can get away with it and nobody is doing anything about it. The people (government of, by, and for?) pass a state law for medicinal marijuana and the feds don't like it so they bust in and arrest them anyway. It's absurd. All the feds have to do to bend a state to their will is withhold federal highway funds. Very convenient for propigating their facism.

Anyway, thanks for this hub. I am sorry it happened to you (or anyone for that matter). I am going to look into this further. Thanks!

Hi Christoph! I'm glad I was able to introduce you to information on what's out there. You're right about withholding federal funds - it's easy to get state and local authorities under federal sway, because they're beholden to federal coffers.

I'd thought I'd what my suspicions were in my article, but you're right, it didn't come across because I'd mentioned it in the context of other targets I've encountered. I can understand why someone wouldn't want to say - they're already getting enough negative attention, and just want their private lives back. The only concrete reasons that make sense as far as why it happened to me would be either because I'm actively involved in metaphysics, and because I'd been researching sovereign citizenship quite a bit online. Nothing else really objectionable - gay, a little drug use here and there, but all small stuff and otherwise very law-abiding. A ton of sovereign citizenship research on the internet is the reason the few people I've talked to who also admitted to being targets of organized stalking had also been researching sovereign citizenship. It's to do with the common law rights US citizens have over their government and just in general, and the US has been making a steady drift away from that for decades, as if it's been strategic. Terrorism is just the latest stage in eroding rights. This being the basis for why I was targetted would fit what I've encountered and researched.

Raven1.net has a lot of good information on this. And if you're interested in organized stalking and sovereign citizenship, which seems to be the common element behind at least some of it, I recommend:

http://www.gemworld.com/USAvsUS.htm

http://famguardian.org/

http://suijuris.net/

They can't stalk everyone who researches it, but it could very well increase your likelihood of becoming a target if you research it enough. People interested in researching organized stalking firsthand would probably do well to fit the profile of a target-to-be in their online activities like that. In computer terms, it's called the honeypot strategy... make a computer look unprotected and chock-full of valuable data, and then monitor the internet addresses of people who try to hack it.

Glad you found this worthwhile - thanks for your comment!

I will surely look into this more and read your other hubs. I see you have written more on the subject. I don't mean to bother you with this...I'm sure I'll find the answer, but who the hell is targeting you for researching Sovereign Citizenship? Not many would KNOW you were doing it, so I guess the inference is The U.S. Government? Wow! Thanks again for making me aware of this...THING.

Evidently, some people are targeted in the UK, where there isn't any sovereign citizenship. According to what I've read, some of these groups are private, and some are for-hire... so there may be many reasons depending on the group. But sovereign citizenship is the only thing that would make concrete sense in my case. Good luck with your research - feel free to keep us posted on this Hub if you find anything especially interesting!

Hi Satori. Hey, what a different picture of life in the States I am getting through reading hubpages.... For a long while now, I've been seeing parallels in modern day life to HG Wells book 'The Time Machine', where the Time Traveller goes into the future and finds the beautiful, child-like people living above the ground with everything provided for them, whilst the Morlocks labour under ground to keep everything going like clockwork, so that hey can pick their victims above the ground when ever they choose. The child-like people may live in the sunlight, but they also live in terror of the dark, and the unknown.

Here in the UK we have lost such great swathes of our industry, that just about everything is manufactured overseas. The younger generations are by and large, quite gadget dependant, and relatively de-skilled compared to the pre-war generations. This situation exists because of cheap labour in China and India, but the times, they are a-changing, and one day we will wake up and find that the cheap imports have a bigger price tag than any we're prepared to pay, and that our own skill levels and infrastructure is so weak, that the status quo will change overnight.

Completely aside to this is the question of religion, which has traditionally through the centuries been used as a tool to subjugate the masses. Do you thing the resurrection of the link between religion and politics is completely co-incedental?

Hi Amanda. I'm certainly meeting a lot of new HubPages users! I love your Morlock analogy - that's so appropriate. Having fallen through on its duty to behave as a functional government, the system now wants to be our parents - babyproofing our rights away because we can't handle them, talking down to us like scolding parents from the media, and the mainstream media is obliging them when it creates a culture of vapid irresponsibility. Remember when we did away with culture when we found television and other mass media? That's coming back to haunt us.

In installing the New Totalitarianism, forces are finding that religious zealotry can whip people into a frenzy - or at least, convince them that all their neighbors are whipped up into a frenzy - while giving them an awe-inducing aura of moral superiority brought about by psychological special-effects... rhetoric, misapplication of moral and religious values, pseudomoral palaver, and basically trying to turn God on His ear so that the State looks good. Of course, that doesn't work because the tail doesn't wag the dog - it only breaks the system.

Incidentally, the U.S. is going through the same thing with outsourced jobs and all that. People are trying to compensate by getting all kinds of degrees - there are some "entry level" jobs now that require four years experience, I don't get it either - but the problem is that we haven't been keeping up on our politics. We have megacorporations widening their profit margins, and carting jobs overseas because that's cheaper for them to do - and nobody's holding their feet to the fire. They've grown used to these huge profits, and like a cocaine addict they want more, more more! They've become used to compromising their ethical standards for those profits, and as the infrastructure of other countries develops, they don't think twice about ditching us for a quick buck. And we let them develop that bloated sense of egotism, infidelity and self-interest at all costs. Us! By not paying attention, by not keeping them accountable in the first place, and by not taking consumer actions - when was the last time you heard the word "boycott"? How many years ago? We don't have our politicians on a leash either, so tariffs against countries who are being gifted all of our jobs should be given a look-in. But we haven't been paying attention as a society, and we're paying the price. Our infrastructure is going down, because we're not making enough. These other countries the corps are setting up shop in are finding all kinds of unethical practices by the corps, who find that these countries will take it because they need to money. And as things get worse, our government is about to turn on us the same way our corporations have - and for essentially the same reasons.

Thanks for your readership, and your comment!

Well, Satori, I certainly would not put it past the likes of Bush and his cronies to stalk people, or maybe some people who tink they are being patriotic by doing so. After all, when a little worker bee gets out of line, the entire hive is endangered - isn't that their mentality? I think it is - conformity carried to the utmost degree in the name of "national security" or whatever the cause celebre is at any particular time.

So, I wish I had some suggestion for you, some magic idea that would stop the harassment, but all I can think of is possible ways to endure it, to not give in. And then let's hope they don't take it to the next degree, physical harm to either you or your property.

Too bad you couldn't get a lot of friends together and counter-harass.

Satori profile image

Satori  says:

Thanks for your support, Chef Jeff. Just being out on the street, open to attacks from street folk, without the income necessary to get dental work, and getting me bounced from soup kitchens the same way I'd get bounced from job sites, has done a lot of physical harm to me and my property. But because it's indirect, it's tough to pinpoint to the justice system - assuming they cared enough to do anything. It's all a matter of plausible deniability.

As far as counter-harassment, there are a few options available that don't involve being just as obtuse and destructive as they are. In my Big Idea Books hub, I've referenced a book about a kinesiological technique that can pinpoint anyone, anywhere, and find them. It takes two people with well-functioning nervous systems in an environment free from extraneous stimuli to do - but I neither have the two people, a nervous system that functions well (some days my muscles spasm from nervous twitches due to all the stress), nor an environment free from extraneous stimuli. Turning people on to lesser-known problems, and lesser-known tools, is a lot of what I enjoy doing on HubPages. That, and it's a way to bring some minute amount of money in while staying off the grid.

The functional version of the "when a little worker bee gets out of line, the entire hive is endangered" (or, as I usually refer to it, "It takes a village to braise a child.") is that it takes a functional society to make anything work, even one person's life. So I try to contribute to that here, doing what I can.

I've tried to increase readership to my civic-minded heads-up articles using a new approach I'm trying out on PledgeBank. Have a look.

http://www.pledgebank.com/Vigilance

If enough people bump this stuff up on Digg, more people across the internet will see it and read it - and then we'll have a society where people are clued in to this kind of thing.

In the short-to-mid-term future, I think this kind of harassment, at least against the people that are currently being harassed, will only last until they round people up for the death camps. There are between 200 and 800 concentration camps built and waiting in the U.S. alone, with some spotted in Canada. Thank Halliburton and other government contractors - they've already admitted to them, as has the government. They're placed near train lines, and we've already got would-be government contractors coming forward admitting that the US government has approached them with a contract to weld shackles into the double-decker trains usually used to haul cars across country - you can't see in. See my "Why is the U.S. military camped out in our newsrooms?" Hub for more info, and video footage. The UN already has provisions on its books for such a situation, and after the initial round-up, when they've got everything settled down and bring things back to some semblance of normalcy, organized stalking is a great Orwellian method to use to keep everyone in line, while keeping things looking prim and proper like something out of a 1950's-era sitcom. Even people who know it's going on around them won't want to look at it too hard, lest they become targets too - and find that their credit cards or RFID's no longer work.

Thanks again for your good wishes.

Have you read and heard about the "V-Chip" Lots about it on U-Tube. Check it out. There's one that talks about how the gov't is doing all sort of things to make people afriad (such as 9-11) so that eventually the gov't can get control of each person of the world. One way is through this V-chip. Paranoia is actually where the U.S. gov't wants the people and as far as I can see-it's working very well.

Read Rev in the Bible. Talks all about what will happen-and it is!!

I've heard of the V Chip, but it was in the context of censoring television viewing. I had no idea that when some people mentioned the V chip, they were talking about the proposed RFID's to identify people, locate their GPS co-ordinates, and allow (or dis-allow) them to buy or sell through them. My understanding is that it's in store once governments globalise under the U.N., a front for the banking interests countries owe their national debts to. Bankers controlling the entire system, massive high-tech warrantless surveillance, and if you say the wrong thing (or don't do the "right" thing), they'll take you out of the economic loop with a couple of keystrokes... good luck buying food. I've heard of that.

They may very well be going in that direction. In the States, the timetable looks like economic collapse, martial law and totalitarianism, with the estimated 800 concentration and death camps already up and running - just waiting - on U.S. soil. No totalitarianism lasts for long - it takes more resources to utterly control than it ever produces - but evidently the plan is for it to last long enough for the U.N. to use it as a pretext to come sweeping in like a kight in tinfoil armor and play the Good Guy when they save us from it with U.N. peacekeeping forces, and use it as an argument in favor of a one-world government under its rule, founded on ecology rather than freedom. In the meantime, the ecological devestation is being allowed to get out of hand just for that reason, and the U.S. is doing double-duty for the U.N. by playing Dennis the Menace to the world and attacking countries - the worse it behaves, the better the U.N. will appear when it "rescues" us from it, and in the meantime it can attack countries, either installing a U.N.-friendly regime or forcing them to defend themselves by raising an army - and borrowing money from those same bankers in order to do it. Either way, the bankers "win".

This is what the evidence I've collected suggests - and despite the fact that it all fits, I'm disinclined to believe it. Because nobody's that stupid, and nobody wants to break the world - or make everyone one-dimensional consumeristic morons - in order to rule over it. It would be like ruling a Tic-Tac-Toe board... there'd be no point. It would be too lame to be interesting.

Thanks for your readership, and your comments.

gangstalking  says:

Gang Stalking is a covert investigation that is opened on an individual. The individual is then placed under overt and covert forms of surveillance. The person is followed around 24/7. Foot patrols and vehicle patrols are used to follow the Individual around, as part of the monitoring process. During these patrols a one handed sign language is used to assist the citizen informants with communicating to each other.

Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. Gang Stalking has many similarities to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under intrusive and directed surveillance by groups of organised “Covert Human Intelligence Sources” also known as Citizen Informants 24/7.

Many Targeted Individuals are harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realise that they are being targeted by an organised protocol of harassment.

What happens during this Gang Stalking surveillance is very similar to what happened to many innocent individuals in the former East Germany or Activists and Dissidents in Russia. Many innocent people in the former East Germany would be targeted for these harassment programs, and then their friends, family, and the community at large would be used to monitor, prosecute, and harass them. In Russia it was used by the state to declare activist, dissidents or anyone they thought to be an enemy of the state as mentally unfit and many were institutionalised using this form of systemic control.

The closest thing to Gang Stalking that democratic countries have seen before this is McCarthyism, Cointelpro, and RED SQUAD programs. Red Squad programs were used for monitoring, and harassment of various groups. They have been in place for over a hundred years, and they also employed Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

Civilian Spies, also known as “Covert Human Intelligence Sources” are recruited from every level and sector of society. Just like with Cointelpro investigations, everyone in the targets life is made a part of this ongoing never ending, systemic psychological harassment and manipulation of the target. These actions are specifically designed to control the target and to keep them in line. These actions are also designed to destroy the target over years, make them look crazy and leave them with no form of support.

For the targets of this harassment, Gang Stalking is experienced as a covert psychological, emotional and physical attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying a target over time. For the state it’s a way to keep the targets in line, control them, or destroy them.

Worldwide programs of control and conformity have been used with equal success and lethality. What we are seeing now is a global co-ordinated and organised effort of control and conformity. Many countries around the world are currently using a model of policing called: Community Oriented Policing. It's described as a systemic approach to policing. It focuses on instilling a sense of community within a geographically located neighborhood. Communities come together and discuss what values they would like to have in their community, community development, and it's also a time to discuss any problems that might be happening in a specific area. If a problem is identified an investigation might be opened. These local programs in many countries have been forming partnerships with other government run programs at, provincial, state and federal levels. Reports of Gang Stalking are not only coming in from democratic countries, but they are coming in from many other countries as well.

The modern day systemic form of control could only be funded at higher governmental levels, just like it has in other societies where these similar types of harassment programs have been implemented. It's all part of a system of control and conformity that has been in place for many years. A system of control with many local groups and appendages taking part. What are the goals of Gang Stalking?

The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalisation, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment is to destroy the targets reputation and credibility. Make the target look crazy or unstable.

Other goals involve sensitizing the target to every day stimuli’s as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they get out of line. Once the target is sensitized, the Citizen Informants have an easier time identifying the Targeted Individual in public.

These programs are designed to make the targets of this harassment vulnerable, they want to make them destitute. The secondary goals seems to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goals seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide, just like what they did with some of the targets of Cointelpro. It's a useful way of eliminating perceived enemies of the state.Who gets targeted?

Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past primary targets of programs such as Cointelpro have been minorities. Targeting however can happen to anyone. Individuals are often targeted for being outspoken, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against wealthy corporations, woman’s groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, individuals identified or targeted as problems at these community meetings, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are often not aware that they are being targeted in this way. When a target moves, changes jobs, the harassment still continues. Every time the target moves, the same information, lies, and slander will be spread out into the new community and the systemic monitoring and harassment will continue.Who takes part?

People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the state. People from all races, ages, genders. Every sector of society that you can think of is a part of this. Civilian Spies/Snitches include, but are not limited to: General labourers, the wealthy, bikers, drug dealers, drug users, street people, punks, hip hop culture, KKK, black activists, church groups, youth groups, Fire Fighters, police officers, lawyers, health care workers, store keepers, maids, janitors, cable installers, phone repair persons, mail carriers, locksmiths, electricians, etc. There really is no minimum or maximum age range. An article came out recently in the Uk, saying they were recruiting children as young as eight years old to be Covert Human Intelligence Sources.

Some of these citizens might be recruited via programs such as, Citizen Corp, Weed and Seed, Citizens On Phone Patrol, (COPP), City Watch, T.I.P.S. Many started with good intentions to help patrol and monitor their cities and neighbourhoods. Others are recruited via their families, others at school, others at work. Since every sector, class, race in society takes part, recruitment is multi-faceted.

Many do not understand or care that the end consequence of this harassment protocol is to destroy a person. Why people participate in Gang Stalking?

There are many reasons that someone takes part in this activity.

1. Some do it for the sense of power that it gives them.

2. Others do this as a way to make friends and keep friends. It’s something social and fun for them to do. Many in society use the one handed sign language to communicate and it's very effective in breaking down race, gender, age, social barriers.

3. Others are forced or black mailed by the State or the police into taking part.

4. They are told that they are part of homeland or national security and being used to help keep and eye on dangerous or emotionally disturbed individuals. They see themselves as heroic spies for the state.

Civilian spies can come from a variety of differen

Thank you for allowing the posting of material without a valid return email address. In the beginning, all resistance movements must work within a cloak of secrecy. In the beginning, resistance members are few, have little in the way of resources, and are easily neutalized without anonymity. Each of us (targeted individuals) must be strong like Solomon, even to keep breathing in the face of this worldwide, organized, automated harassment, squashing of dissidence, and general authoritarianism. In addition to the political silencing of dissidents, individuals around the world are being put under the same sort of circumstance as that which Leopoldo describes for himself. People like Leopoldo are being added to a rather poorly vetted database of those considered "undesirable".Societally undesirable means whomever the sadistic mob wants to abuse at any given moment. A target's name was likely put into the database for "spitting on the street", (in some cases, literal meaning) or for no bloody real reason at all. It is a representation of mob lynching gone wild, and is spiraling out of control. From my position at the bottom of the fish spear barrel, it is sometimes difficult to see what's happening down the street. (This, of course, is true of all targeted individuals). However; it's becoming clear by means of repetitive inductions, deductions and similar conclusions, that what is happening involves several tiers of operation. There exists a core group of people, including a number of technocrats, who "run" the mobs, community groups, etc. They supply the technical device and service requirements, run the databases and other software, manage things, and make sure that the "lynching system" is always up to par.Members of the public are solicited to participate within the "program". Everyone has a little sadists hidden away in the recesses of the darker part of their being, but it is stronger in some people than others, and the program directors seek out the people most willing to inflict pain on others without remorse, so as to minimize any witness against them in the future (by those who would show remorse, regret, etc)Unfortunately, the directors find a lot of recruits. In my opinion, up to twenty percent of the population is currently engaged in the program, although some of them may not yet see the sadistic program for what it really is. Many of them believe that they are contributing to the "war on [fill in current soundbite here]".The whole organization is controlled by gps-located cellphones, and the automotive equivalent of same (That nifty little device that warns you of upcoming road hazards, if you are willing to allow your vehicle to be tracked in order to have the applicable service)People in the "program", have one of these little devices, or just a cell phone (also outfitted with real-time tracking), so the that lynching system's database (on the back end) has real-time location entries for every cellphone and automotive device in the "program", and these entries are updated continually and automatically. On the targeted individuals end, he is being tracked, and is probably aware of this, but does not know how it is being accomplished. A bug is placed on a persons automobile if such a person has ever been placed in the system's database. The bug can be made to look like a chunk of rust, or a legitimate automotive component, and contains a battery that can last up to ten years (my speculation). It cannot be found by electronic means because the pulse it emits is too short. In the blind, no spectrum analyzer will ever find it for this reason. As the target moves around the streets, the system's database has location entries for both the targeted individual and for all of the "program members" who might be in close proximity. That, of course, is the beauty of their system, in that it is not necessary for them to "send cars" to harass and to chase targets around town ... there are so many "program members", such that one or more is always within striking distance. This is why targets sometimes feel like they are being "swarmed". There may not even have been a plan to create the swarm, but it was created because many "program members" happened to be in the area at a particular time.If a "program member" is within a certain distance from a target (as determined by the system), a little beep goes off on their little dashboard mounted gps-located device, and a little red dot shows the location (relative to them) of the target, along with suggestions relating to how best to handle (read harass) the target, and a little photograph of same. It's all automatic ... immediate ... dastardly.Consider what happens to your job prospects if, as an unfortunate target, your potential employer's cellphone rings during your interview. He looks down upon the gps-enabled phone (trying to be discrete), and notices a little red dot (your car in the lot).It is this aspect of mobile computing power that makes this author curse the day the computer was born. It was inevitable that computing technology would ultimately be uses by mankind to destroy mankind. Think about what Hitler could have accomplished with this technology. Sprechen sie Deutch, meine freunden? An international company, of sorts, is making very big profits running the database(s), providing the equipment, etc. We require a class action lawsuit against the manufacturers who actively support these various operations (by knowing to what use the products are put, and by whom) and the operators of the computer-backed cell network infrastructure for the same reason. With twenty percent of the population engaging in the described activities, the volume of stalking/tracking traffic must be very large, it must be blatantly obvious to many of those engaged in the wireless networking industry, and should be obvious to the government whose only sworn duty is to protect innocent people (99% of targeted individuals) from what has been described in this memo.Like the Jews of WWII Germany, millions of oppressed individuals are being harassed on a daily basis, for no legitimate reason whatsoever (not to imply that there could be any reason, outside of the legal system)Unlike the Jews of WWII, the current targets of organized oppression are being harassed by an automated, computer driven machine that is relentless in it's pursuit of the innocent. Hitler smiles in his grave. - Will2BFree

I think a lot of the time, people get intimidated by what's going on because these people seem to "get away with it" time and time again - nobody bringing them to justice or accountability.  It certainly seems to work.  But there's a lost concept, expressed in the now-obscured common law, regarding the Derivation of Authority.  That is, everybody works for someone, and everyone who got their power and control in the world is accountable to some higher-up.  Not just human - unless you're an athiest, there is always, at bottom, some final accountability.  Some metaphysical wildcard at the bottom of the deck, that sends their whole agenda into dismay - and that is unavoidable in their current course.  I've only recently discovered what that is, and how it works, and why it's not only inevitable but in fact manifesting right now, each and every moment. So rest assured, there is always a greater authority, and when what man's system writes is not in harmony with that greater authority but rather in conflict with it... well.  The tail doesn't wag the dog, now does it?

Your blog is informative and similar ones are becoming the norm as the United States and many other countries are melded into a world government scenario in which the middle classes are treated as little more than heads of cattle.

Organized stalking is a crime of vigilantism - the sign of an abjectly corrupted government and a lawless and decayed society.

The real loss of our privacy has come from the types of spy satellite arrays that the global Intel community uses in which to illegally spy upon us.

The technology available today also enables such agencies (including the NSA) to remotely track citizens by way of their own Electromagnetic fields. Something the government does not want us to know about, simply because in countries that claim to be Democratic, such spying would be anathema to freedom, and indicative of a shadow government furtively controlling its people through such a police state - what we now have in the European countries as well as the United States.

The best documentation available in the modern day remains that which is contained in the federal lawsuit filed by former NSA associate John St. Clair Akwei, against the National Security Agency.

This lawsuit can be found on most search engines, and should be read by the citizens of every country, since it describes technology which can both decode and manipulate human thoughts by way of remote means.

Satori, let me try again with much smaller text. What I was trying to post previously was taken from here and there, but after a couple of months of looking into it, I now know enough to write my own.

Gang stalking is NOT a covert investigation, but this is the lie that is fed to the community along with defamation of the target to gain their cooperation. I believe that at least half of their targets are bloggers. The covert motive of stalking is far different than what a community might be led to believe. Covert motive is to silence a target by way of:

(1) Inceration - provoke the target into attacking the stalker(s)

(2) Institutionalization - get the target to complain enough about the group stalking

(3) Suicide - Depress and despair the target enough to commit suicide

With the USDOL is forecasting double digit unemployment rates ahead, it remains to be seen whether this is a temporary measure to get thru the soup kitchen days or something permanent. Thanks.

James, thanks for Commenting again. =)

As someone who's been the target of organized stalking, I'm inclined to think your assessment is correct. I'd add a fourth approach to your list, that of silencing a target through intimidation. I was stalked after looking up sovereign citizenship information online. I guess it's not that hard to imagine, being noticed for something like that. It can be moderately expensive to arrange this for someone, but probably not when you're one of the big players controlling the economy. Doubtless though, it's still probably cheaper to do a) temporarily, and b) in a downturned economy. But even doing it temporarily will usually intimidate someone enough to make them knuckle under. After all, the organized stalking against them could be picked up again any time.

By paying cause stalkers off with money, drugs and opportunities, these bigger players can use what control they have of society in terms of the economy and the political system, and leverage it to gain even more by using the morally weaker members of that society to enforce their regime. I'm disinclined to think that it will stop after the economy picks back up again, but rather be used to continually and essentially invisibly quell the domestic scene, as a check against resistance to whatever arbitrary agenda the political system has by then. (Let's face it, societally we're practically back to serfs and land-owning nobles in terms of freedoms these days.) Once in place, society will seem rather peaceful... on the surface, and dissent will become essentially impossible from that point on. Society can be shaped and molded to the whim of whoever pulls the puppet strings, and no one will be able to say any differently. This creates a hellish nightmare scenario that is no worse than society deserves - having chosen it, and allowed it to continue. (And it most likely will - one generally plans ahead and closes the barn door /before/ the cattle have escaped.)

I think it's freaking beautiful, myself. I'm not particularly concerned about it for my own part, because there are bigger authorities out there than those string-pullers, and much bigger ponds than this backwater little pocket dimension. Man's law initially emulated natural law for a reason - because it must, in order to remain functional. When it doesn't, man's law is simply in error... and there's really need to explain to someone that they've failed to take, say, gravity into account. They'll find out for themselves soon enough, and there's certainly no need to get unpleasant about it. Something either works, or it does not. In larger terms, either way all things only serve to further the good.

This is an organized effort by the elite and CIA to train government spies. Your friends and family generally are all actors and the stalking campaign forces you to act and think like a spy. I am surprised how many people think the elite and the government could throw money down the tubes like this for no financial reason. They want you to be their elite programmed slaves. The CIA notes that it takes 6 years of very expensive psychological training to make a spy. Truth is it has been a life one is born into for at least the last 70 years. For one to two million dollars a year, it is not hard to "Truman Show" anyone you like. The same people can be used to target many people and it is far more efficient that way. It is simply far more prevalent now when they are doing it to hundreds of thousands of people. That is the "program" that Jason Bourne refers to in the Bourne Identity. So enjoy your life as an asset or tool because this has been going on all over the world in a highly secretive manner for generations. Remember there is a financial incentive at the root of all this. There is a reason for the profile most targeted individuals match as well as the reason they are generally forced to live very independent and socially isolated lives.

There are tons of information on corrupted police officers in community oriented policing unit yet I fail to find A SINGLE PIECE OF NEWS on community oriented policing volunteers even thought there are millions of them. They might be the saints of society- not even a nuisance filed against them. It's like saying only the General of the Army is fighting a war and no soldiers, this is because there is no soldier is in uniform. This is exactly what’s happening with community oriented policing where the volunteers have zero accountability – no uniform, no badge yet they join in groups to “police” our community. Whenever you have groups with zero accountability, you are bound to have gross abuse.

tj,

Regarding community-oriented policing, after a moment's thought I'm almost in favor of it - just not at all as it currently stands. Remember in the Old West, when the Sheriff was the one with the lawful authority to enforce the law and he could deputize people? That's America - at least as it was built. But of course there was accountability and transparency... not to mention a sane set of laws stemming from valid authority, and people enforcing them who had the lawful authority to do so (the Sheriff and those he deputized). Police officers were originally meant to be officials, office workers behind a desk somewhere. The position was gradually altered - jump them up in soldier suits, give them guns and many of them a surly, bullying attitude, and then reshuffle the whole kit'n'caboodle under the executive branch of the federal government, working under the President (in his role of Commander in Chief of the military, which is about all that remains under our ongoing martial law scenario) like any other sector of the armed forces. In one of his bigger moves in office that never made it onto the news, Bush again used the Constitution for a dartboard when he signed the Military Commissions Act

before leaving office, purporting to give any President the lawful authority to swap out police for federal troops if local police officers weren't effective enough - and the President gets to decide when that is. Referring to police as "peace officers" never made so much sense. Strangely enough we haven't heard Obama rushing to reporters, clamoring to fix this roughly Buick-sized hole in the Constitution left by Bush. With the U.S. stockpiling military hardware from all over the world that's specifically designed to quell mass uprising (tanks, chemical weapons trucks, etc.) and staffing so many military personnel and their families on military bases that they're reduced to living in tents, I'm sure we can trust that this is just a matter of simple oversight on President Obama's part and that he will address the legislation - as well as the concentration camps being built on U.S. soil - in his own due time.

Incidentally tj, while I greatly appreciate your Comments this just isn't a good place to post an entire article. Please just link to an article rather than pasting it as a Comment. Thanky!
